A mind is a terrible thing to waste

Healthy but Comatose

Sane but committed
In 1998 there is a movie called “COMA. In the movie there is a resident protagonist who is
involved in selling organs in the international black market. When a healthy patient comes to his
clinic for surgery he used carbon monoxide instead of oxygen in the surgery. As a result the
patient is brain damage and becomes comatose after surgery. The body is kept in that vegetable
state until the organs are harvested. The film shows what a corrupted professional will do for
money.
In 2008 there is another movie: “ Slumdog Millionaire.” In order to make money the thugs
poured acid on the good eyes of a kid so that he will be blind and look pitiful when he begs for
money in the streets. There are also many cases of Doctors performing unnecessary heart bypass
operations for money. There are dentists who perform unnecessary caps and crowns on the teeth
of the patients for money. The Police are involved in running prostitution rings and stealing and
dealing in drug trafficking. Recently Judges are stealing money from the Court Coffers. All
these crimes are documented and caught because there is evidence of their wrong doings.
The mind is a terrible thing to waste. The wrong doing of a psychiatrist is harder to proof. It will
be his word against the mentally challenged person. Secondly there is no scientific tests such as
MRI, blood test etc to show the accuracy and correctness of his diagnostic. All his evaluation is
based on an hour or more subjective appreciation of the patient. Life without parole is a very
serious judgment and no Judge takes the sentencing lightly. Yet with no jury and basing on the
word of a psychiatrist alone the Court can committed a person indefinably to a mental institution
without a trial. Why does the court allow so much power to be vested on a psychiatrist who does
his evaluation subjectively and can be motivated by other unlawful incentives?
When the State commits a sane person to the mental institution against his wishes it costs the
State $800 a day for the commitment. It costs only $50 a day to keep someone in jail. In the case
of a murder trial the defendant wanted to plead “insanity” so that he can be spared the “death
penalty.” If he finds a good psychiatrist he will be able to stay alive and be committed in the
mental institution. By the same token the psychiatrist can commit a perfectly sane person to the
mental institution and rake in $300,000 a year for each commitment.
In Indiana alone there are more that 1750 people currently committed in the mental institutions.
It costs the State more than $550 million each year to keep them in the mental institutions.
Recently Dr. Parker gave the Court “permission” to commit Kay Kim to the mental institution
indefinitely because according Dr. Parker there is no cure for her illness. Dr. Parker is so sure his
report meets the request of the Judge that he wrote in his reply to the court: “Thank you for the
opportunity to serve your court. I look forward to working with you in the future.” The last line
shows his greed and desire for more business instead of putting his patient’s interest first.
I do not know where to go and complaint about the corruption that has been on going for so long.
I only know about Kay Kim and that she is a sane person who was provide “Security Clearance”
to handle confidential documents when she was working for the Federal Government. She was
also admitted to Purdue University to study computer science. She has been certified by three
different State appointed psychiatrist on three different occasions (at the time of arrests) to be

without psychosis. She has never been convicted of any crimes. She can represent herself, Pro Se
in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals (case: 09-3356) and the US District Courts (Cause #: 1:09-cv-
0829, 1:08-cv-1644, and 1:09-cv-1221).
Why no judge in the Marion Superior Criminal Court wants to take her cases? Even the Special
Judge Profiitt asked the Indiana Supreme Court to excuse her from the case. The charges are all
misdemeanors. Why is the Court spending so much time and money to prevent her from getting
a fair trial? Who can restore her rights to self representation? Is an indefinite involuntary
commitment an unusual and too cruel a punishment for the misdemeanor charges?
Dr. Parker has a personal vested interest in the prosperity of the mental health industry. It is
financially beneficial for him to provide a constant flow of patients to the mental institutions.
Some one must go back and review all the cases of the people he had committed into the mental
institution. If there is evidence that he commits medical malpractice criminal charges should be
brought and him. If there is further evidence that the Judges are also involved in the conspiracy
to commit some one in a mental institution in lieu of a fair trial they should be charged
criminally too.
I hope I am wrong but if the foregoing criminal activities are proven someone must right the
wrong and release those people who are unlawfully committed. The Psychiatrists should be
brought to trial and make restitutions for their malpractice.

I affirm under oath and the penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of
my knowledge.
You be the Judge.
