Manava Bharati India International School Pre-Primary wing welcomes you to the Pre-
School Admission process for the session 2014-2015.

DATES:
Time: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (on all working days)
Submission : 21/01/2014 to 05/02/2014
AGE CRITERIA:
Pre-School: Eligibility 3+ as on 31

March 2014
Applicable for children born between 1.04.2010 to 31.03.2011
SEATS AVAILABILITY*:
Total seats for Pre-School: 120 no.
65 % General quota 78 no.
25% of seats reserved for the EWS & Disadvantaged group category 30 no.
5% Girl Child quota 06 no.
5% Staff quota 06 no.

ADMISSION CRITERIA*:
1. Neighbourhood (within 8 kms of road distance) 70 points
2. Sibling studying in the school 20 points
3. Alumni of school 05 points
4. Inter-state Transfer case 05 points
Total Points 100 points
* (Subject to change as per decision of the Honble Supreme Court)

NOTE:
Submission of form will be treated as acceptance of all terms and conditions laid down
by the school authority.
The calculation of the final scores of your application will be done by the School
Admission Committee.
Check the Proposed Calendar for important dates.
Tuition Fees - Rs.4,250/- per month.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
To be attached with a copy of the online form attested by a Gazetted Grade I Officer
Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original].
1. Birth Certificate with the childs name issued by the Municipal Corporation:
[Age 3 + as on 31.03.2014] Applicable for children born between 1.04.2010 to 31.03.2011
2. Proof of Residential Address: (Any two proofs of residential address):
[a.Passport/Registered Sale Deed/ Voter I Card/Driving License
and
b.Lease Deed made atleast six months prior to the submission of the application
form/ Current Electricity Bill/ UID card of Father/Mother/child / Current phone Bill ]
3. In case of Sibling applicants:
[Latest fee bill]
4. In case of Alumni of Manava Bharati (father/mother/both):
[CBSE Certificate]
5. Inter-state Transfer Case:
[A certificate from the employer stating the details of posting/ transfer/ relocation
after 01/04/2013]

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FOR SCHOOL RECORD:
1. For proof of Parents Qualification:

EWS & DISADVANTAGED GROUP CATEGORY:

NOTE: Seats for 25% economically weaker section and disadvantaged group includes children with special
needs and suffering from disabilities Any child who can be part of the mainstream under inclusive
education with the available facility in the school both medical and otherwise. A certificate of disability (in
original) from a Government hospital should be shown at the time of verification.

IMPORTANT:
All the girls who are not selected in the draw of lots for the general quota shall be
considered for the seats under 5% girls quota which would be filled through another
draw of lots.
No Undertaking in lieu of the original documents mentioned above will be accepted at
the time of verification.
In-case of incomplete form, incorrect/false information/document, the applicant shall
be automatically debarred from the selection process without any correspondence in
this regard.
School reserves the right to verify the residential address of the applicants through
home visits.


Every year we have more applicants than seats available. It is not possible to admit every
child applying for admission. Inability of the candidate to secure a seat is in no way a
reflection of his/her caliber.
