Right to Bail, Which way for courts
Deputy President William Ruto kicked up a storm recently
when he blamed courts for releasing, on bail, suspects
facing serious charges.
The DPP Mr. Keriako Tobiko, has at times been forced to
appeal against the release of suspects, on bail, has also
