facilities at Miami County Medical Center (MCMC), Olathe Medical Services (OMS), and Olathe Medical
Center (OMCI). Ensured high quality appearance and functionality of all facilities for organization.
Improved timeliness and produced cost savings for construction, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Managed leasing arrangements. Collaborated with internal customers and external vendors and service
providers to develop and execute plans for deploying capital expansion, replacement, and improvement
