For Double Opening
Each side of the door plate is 2mm shorter than the
frame's inner size and an additional 2mm space is
needed between them. Therefore, a pair of plates in
the following size are required.
B=L2-4
Cover plates of the following thickness are assumed here.
3mm thick for M5 (HFS5 series)frames
5mm thick for M6, M8 (HFS6 series,
HFS8(-45)series)frames
Have cover fitting taps prepared on the brackets by ordering
appropriate alteration(P.1973, P.1981, P.1988, P.1991, P.1999).
Install a cover attachment bracket (P.2067)at the middle of the
plate when additional support is needed.
The plate size is as follows
Also, drill F6.5 holes for cover installation at 10mm from each
end surface.
(Recommended Plate:P.2169 Cover Plate)
Ex. A=1000, B=600, T=3, and when 6 mounting holes are added.

There are following methods of panel attachment.
Bracket Attachment
*
Use bracket and cover attachment bracket (Aluminum Type)(Refer to
P.2067).
Order tapped hole machining on the brackets (Ex. HBLTS6-C).
Select sheet metal or stainless steel as material, when using only the
cover attachment brackets, with the tapped hole already machined.

Fitting into Slot
The screw joint, center joint, single joint and NEW double joint
(P.2034~2040)are available.
Reverse and put the slot cover into the frame, then fit the cover in.
The notching is necessary for fitting in the 4 corners of the panel.
Direct Attachment

Attach it, so that the entire surface of the frame is covered.
The bolt protrudes to the front.
*The bolt for the cover attachment (P.2068)is used to install the panel.

Dimensions above include a margin of 1mm at the groove part. (Only HFS8 series has 0.5mm margin.)
Make the margin larger for resin plate and etc., because it expands or shrinks largely by the temperature fluctuation.
Ex.:Acrylic Plates Expand and contract 0.7mm in the case of the length of 1 m with the temperature difference of 10A. The margin of approx. 2mm is necessary in the case of temperature difference of 30A.
