FACTS AND FIGURES

Lebanese emigrants from all over the world are seeking for a tangible and reliable way
to participate to the economic evolution of their motherland.

They need to consolidate their ties with Lebanon throughout a solid network that allows
them to help their relatives in Lebanon throughout a sustainable channel.

They are seeking for reliable partners, for well-informed counselors and good suppliers.

There are more than 70 000 successful decision makers from Lebanese descent all over
the world.

In order to make these decision makers work with Lebanese enterprises, asdaa.eu
organizes the 1st edition of DOL 2014 (Diaspora Outsourcing in Lebanon) from 14th to
16th October 2014 in Sin el Fil - Lebanon.


THE CONCEPT

Lebanon needs a sustainable channel that helps the stability of its economy. It has been
years that the political issues endangers its financial and economic situation.

During the 20 years of war, the Lebanese enterprises kept working despite all difficulties
and insecurity.

Because the Lebanese enterprises need nevertheless to keep on and are capable to
deliver quality performance,

because the modern technology means allow people to work together despite the
distances, Musea Charisma organizes a unique and unprecedented event DOL 2014 -
Diaspora Outsourcing in Lebanon, where Lebanese business men and women from more
than 15 countries will be able to meet potential suppliers and business partners under
the label One Contract A year.

STEP 1 : Begin by filling all the fields of the attached form. Please do specify what
kind of suppliers you are looking for so our matchmaking process can be the most

STEP 7 : 5 weeks before the D Day, you will receive a lits of workshops and you
will have to choose the ones that you would like to attend.

STEP 8 : 2 weeks before, you will receive your final B2B meetings schedule and the
whole program of your workshops.

STEP 9 : 1 week before, you will receive all the logistic details of the forum and the
eventual touristic packages you subscribed for.

STEP 10 : You will be welcomed by our team at the airport on your arrival day.

STEP 11 : If you commit to participate to the "One Contract a year" program of
DOL 2014, you will get a Trophy during the closing ceremony on October 16.

DUREE
Cette convention est conclue pour une dure allant du 17 mars au 31 octobre 2014.

RESILIATION
Chacune des parties pourra toutefois rsilier la convention, de plein droit, tout
moment et sans pravis, au cas o lautre partie manquerait gravement ses obligations
contractuelles.
Cette rsiliation devra tre prcde dune mise en demeure par lettre recommande
reste sans effet durant 30 jours calendrier.

Art. 5 : MODIFICATIONS
la demande de lune ou lautre partie, des modifications pourront tre apportes la
prsente convention moyennant accord crit entre les parties. Ces modifications seront
considres comme tant des modalits complmentaires de la prsente convention et
en feront partie intgrante.

Art. 6 : CONFIDENTIALITE
Chacune des parties sengage considrer les dispositions de la prsente convention
comme tant confidentielles et ne pas les communiquer des tiers sans laccord
express et crit de lautre partie.

Art. 7 : DIFFERENDS
Les deux parties sengagent rgler lamiable tout diffrend ventuel qui pourrait
rsulter de la prsente convention. En cas dchec, les tribunaux de Paris (France)
seront seuls comptents.

Convention tablie en double exemplaire Issy, le ....., chacune des parties
reconnaissant avoir reu son exemplaire.
