TICKETS SCANNED APPLICATION
INTRODUCTION
In recent years with the increasing number of populations, every amusement places are full
of people, for examples, when a new movie releases, people are queuing up for tickets, but
they are sold out quickly. These tickets are also made by paper, with tickets sold out, we will
waste our trees resources. Our app can reduce these problems, we directly offer the online
tickets to put in your smart phones instead of paper tickers. When you start using our app,
you will not queue up again, it will save your time. You can also assit the world to save
resources.
3. BUSINESS SECTION
3.1 Vision
To save customers’ time and organize people to save paper resources in order to make a
world better place.

there are numerous applications, our application
provide different benefit, we use online tickets to

The majority customers interested in our application will be the people who like go the
entertainment places, such as cinemas, concerts and rugby fields. All ages people will like
our application, however, in order to use our application, they will need to have smart
phones or digital tablet to download it.The application will valuable to anyone who does not
want to enjoy their free time in the queue. It will help those environmentalists to advocate
their spirits.
3.4 The Product and Service
Our application is the product which deliver service of assisting customers to save their time
and paper resources. It will allow people to more fully enjoy their spare time and keep a
good mood before they go to entertainment places. It will also enable people to realise the
important significance of saving resources.

In order to create this application, we will need a supplier who provide resources for
manufacturing application. After complete the apllication, it will also need a supplier who
offer resources for entering the market. For example, Appnext can be our good supplier, it
allows us to connect with advertisers directly. (Appnext. n.d.)The two vital partners can be
the Apple App Store and Android Market. These partners are important because they can
make application popular and well known. They can use technologies to improve the
downloads of our applications, such as their ranking systems to show which applications are
on the top list.(Matthew,S.2012)
3.6 Strategy: Cost Leadership
As we are in the mobile application manufacturing industry, anyone who owns a smart
phone can use our application, so we are in the broad market.
Our application will be low cost because most people are not pay money for a small, simple
application.
The overall strategy is therefore cost leadership.
3.7 Value Chain Activity: Service after the Sale
The most important value chain activity for this business is Service after the sale.
Since our vision is to save time and paper resources, we need a long relationship with our
customers. Service after the sale can assist us with this problem. It continues provide
customers support after the sale of products. With the upgrade of the application,
customers will gain more services and attract others to join with them.

CONCLUSION
With the implement of our application, people can save paper resources effectively. As we
known, if all the people in New Zealand use our application to fully replace paper tickets,
they will save about 12 million trees every year.(Wire&Twine,n.d) Customers can also enjoy
the upgrade of our products and attract more people to use our application. If everyone in
the world start to use this application, they will save plenty of time and resources.
