SUPER LITERACY EBOOK APP AYALYSIS
INTRODUCTION
Low literacy skills has been a serious problem in most of the countries, people are not able
to read or write due to poor education,lazyness or other causes. It is interesting to find that
in American, a super developed country, there are still 27 million people can not fill the CVs
for job application. In order to solve this problem, a new interactive literacy APP has come
out, which is called SUPER literacy eBook APP. This APP provides sounds and moving
pictures that makes it easier for the readers with low literacy problems to read.

3.1 Vision
SUPER interactive literacy ebook APP provides sounds and moving pictures which makes it
easier for the readers who has low literacy problems to read.

there are lots of normal books. People with low

leisure-time occupations around the world, as the development of technology, eBooks are

decreases the usage the papers.

SUPER interactive literacy ebook APP faces to people who have low literacy skills, which
means they have trouble in reading and writing. To improve the lack of literacy, they need
to recognize words fluently, understand the structure of sentences and how they relate to
each other, draw appropriate inferences, apply information, and solve quantitative
problems. Thus, an eBook APP with voice and moving pictures comes out to satisfy these
needs and improve low literacy skills.

SUPER interactive literacy ebook APP is a especially for low literacy skill people. This product
has voice so the customers can recognize words by listenning, also customers can
understand the structure of sentences by the moving picture, since the moving pictures is
more vivid. Thus, customer’s low lliteracy skills will be improved day by day.

example, the designers and information collector.
Partners are publishers who provide books for you, for example, Pearson in UK.
Also, partners can be the smartphones, eReaders, tablets and personal computers, because

Kindle.

The price for an APP is not expensive thus the cost strategy in this case is low cost. And the
competitive scope of this case is narrow market as only people need to improve low literacy
skills needs that. Overall, that is a focused low cost strategy.

The most important value chain activity for this business is Market and sell the product.
After the SUPER eBook APP product comes out, there is an important thing needs to
do, which is market and sell it. The market can advertise the ebook APP and say it
provides sounds and moving pictures which makes it easier for the readers who has literacy
problems to read.With a good guide of marketing and selli ng activity, more and more
low literacy skill peopl e will choose to buy it, so the customers in the narrow market
will i ncrease. Except that, the APP will be i n a reasonable price so that the customers

primarily on page creation and editing and it provides a publishing engine that allows
created or amended content to be made available to a website visitor.” For the APP industry,
it requires a lot of computer technique, as it needs to provide web pages for customers to
get information about the APP.

is a software system for organizing and storing different kinds of documents. This type of

SUPER literacy APP, a great number of information needs to be shown on the APP, which is
an electronic paper. Thus the information and resources should be store in the software and

CONCLUSION
Overall, the SUPER eBook APP is a very popular APP for people with low literacy skills. The
employees take their own jobs in a reasonable way and they collect, conclude, uploading
the information for the customers. Also, they do service after sale well so than their APP can
better meet the requires of customers. They take full advantages of the information system
to operate the business well. For example, Enterprise resource planning system, Collaboration
system and so on. The value in the organisation shows in the feedback from the customers
and the success of the APP.
