INTRODUCTION
worldwide,estimated 1.2 million people are killed in road crashes each year and as many as
50 million are injured.(world health organization,2014).And nearly 30% of the whole
fatalities are caused by speeding.In New Zealand,speed cause 34 percentage people died
among all fatal crashes and 20 percentage of serious injury crash in 2008.In order to solve
the serious social issue,we develop a product called speedy buddy.The device reminds
driver to know whether they over speed immiediately,without being made a crash.
3. BUSINESS SECTION
3.1 Vision
To reduce world fatality and injury number which is caused by speeding.Make consumers
recognize whether they over limited speed and control the speed at first time,in order to
save many peoples life and reduce sorrow.
3.2 Industry Analysis:

Buyer power: High There are a lot of speed warning product in
nz,most of them are app that download in mobile
phone.Another kind of product I find one called
EZY100T,a product of navman.
which also has 2 parts, app and device. Seems the
biggest competitor of us.
Supplier power: High Any gps navigator produce industry can make the
speed alarm devices.

Threat of new entrants: High Nowadays,there are many mobile app that have
speed alert function,which is not too hard to
design.The entry barriar is not high.
Threat of substitutes: low There are only speed alert app, gps navigator
that alarm people speed.Not many kinds of
products that can remain people speed

High Navmans product have the most competition to
our products,and the competition is quite high
because other products like mobile app is quite
attractive to many customers who want save
money.
Overall attractiveness of the industry: The speed alert product industry will have a very
wide market in future,because speed is a very serious issue now, and cause many people
died,the device will attract many people to buy in order to remain peoples speed and save
peoples life.
3.3 Customers and Thei r Need
The inexperience drivers , they are usually among 17 to 24 ages, which is new to drive a car
,they need a product that remind the speed they drive. And the drivers who usually be
careless of the speed ,they need a useful products to remind their speed all time.

3.4 The Product and Service
Our company focus on normal customers that the product have It compounds of two parts
,app and device. The device is also divided in two parts ,USB lighter transmitter and display receiver.
The display is as small as a toe, and is made by transparent glass .and it is in drivers sight .In screen,
the current speed, limited speed are been showed ,and when the speed is over the current road
limitation the neon light will shinning in red. Which can make it easy to customers.

3.5 Suppliers and Partners
Our most supplier is electronic device producer, they produce the hardware of USB lighter
transmitter and display. And the system and data are developed by the information
department . Our companys partner is a GPS navigator produce firm .They have
extensive nationwide database and time-based school zones, which can be combined
with the information with speed limitation. Another partner are the volunteers ,they let
customer accomplish a test called the 100 club, to know whether the device is useful.
3.6 Strategy: cost leadership
. Low cost :The cost of making and develop the device is not expensive ,so our company do
not need to raise the prize too high.

Board market: The device is for everybody to use , whatever you are young or old,
professional or inexperience. Every driver needs this product to remind their speed,in order
to reduce fatality maximally.

The overall strategy is therefore cost leadership.
3.7 Value Chain Activity:
The most important value chain activity for this business is Because we need make the
speed limit more accurate and make drivers recognize whether they exceed the top speed
limit in order to reduce fatality. And our product is more innovative compare to the
alternatives. So we need to maintain the trend and develop our product as much as we can,
to avoid being exceeded by other substitutes. Also, the information and database in the
system need update frequently, which is also technology based. These are all decided by
technology. And that helps company to generate value and increase customer satisfaction.

The innovation process is designed in several parts ,to develop an innovative process, a
company should first plan and research anyway that can make the product that has
different and special features that normal products do not have. Second, design the
product. That process makes the product has an innovative outlook. Third is engineering the
product. Fourth is testing it, in order to know whether it work well. Last step is
implementation .Means the product is accomplished.

three benefits.One is that our firm can improve our products by getting those
feedbacks,complain or praise.Another advantage is that thede feedback can be seen to our
potential customers,which make them get more clearly information of our products.Last
benefit is that we can make each plan for each customer,what king of speed alert device
they perfer the best.
3.10. 2. PRODUCT TESTING SYSTEM - That system involves whatever products we make,it will
all be tested for its usability.That is special for test whether the mointor is quick show speed
and is it clear.And in any condition,driver can see it confitably and clearly.Employee will try
the device first and get conclusion for the satisfactionof customers.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion,our products are foused on speed alert,which hopefully can remain people
when they exceed the speed.Our products are an innovative and efficient devices,which can
solve wold crash accidents which caused by speed efficently and reduce faltality number.
