• Filed paperwork
• Managed the back of the building; making sure employees follow through with tasks assigned
• Communicated with pet’s owners and vet clinics over the phone, fax, and in person
• Administered needed medication and certain vaccinations
• Worked with pets that have limited or special diet instructions
• Let the dogs outside, played with the animals, cleaned up after the animals, cleaned the facility
• Gave baths, ear cleanings, nail trimmings, massages, and brushed out
