Lead Consultant, Global Energy | INFOSYS LIMITED | India & Houston, TX 4/2011 - Present
 Lead a team of eight to design and develop an enterprise wide web application managing scheduling, maintenance,
operations and crew training of flights, pilots & technicians for Bristow across 10 business regions spread across North
America, Africa, Europe & Australia. Conduct extensive interviews with end users to define user requirements, product
features, and maintain quality assurance by performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
- On completion, it will result in streamlined work activities, improved customer service, comprehensive view of
contracts, customers, aircraft and crew worldwide.
 Prepared a proof of concept on drill bit reliability to predict bit tooth wear using SAP HANA addressing the issue of
non-productive time leading to millions of dollars overhead.
- Concept was presented at the SAP Sapphire Conference 2012, Houston.
- Collaborating with Weatherford, Transocean and SAP to jointly develop a commercially viable solution which is
expected to generate revenue of $5 million over 5 years.
 Led the development of a mobile application proof of concept to monitor real-time drilling operations for extending the
capability to a wider audience, increasing parallel construction of human capital and better leveraging assets for
optimal utilization. Expected revenue generation of $500k over 2 years.
- Developed product feature roadmaps and generated synthetic data to build the working model.
 Identified and developed business cases for Oracle High Performance Data Management tools & technologies that can
be leveraged in the areas of huge data inflow and complex cases. Proof of concept jointly developed by Infosys and
Oracle for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and Origin Energy.
 Led a team of eight to develop a measurement while drilling (MWD) system to accurately manage the position of
wellbore using real-time downhole measurements.
- Addressed issues like disparate systems & manual processes leading to inaccurate and delayed decision making.
Built an integrated collaboration platform for sharing common data, improved data collection and management
for better data analysis and planning by gathering user requirements & defining project scope.
- Gathered requirements from business users spread across four different regions and reduced the cost of
requirements phase by 60%.
 Led a team of four in development of two web based applications from concept to design addressing industry pain
points. The proof of concepts are expected to generate a revenue of $250k per annum.
- Pipeline Throughput Calculator: Designed and developed an application to provide operational & construction
comparative analysis for various pipeline schedules.
- Well Control Application Suite (WelCAS): Designed and developed a mobile application providing an integrated
approach to several well control methods for field personnel at the rig site.
 Co- authored a paper on, ‘Integrated Information System for Gas Transmission Networks’ selected for Geospatial
Information & Technology Association Oil & Gas Pipeline Conference held at Houston in October 2013.

 Led a team of seven in managing the quality of an enterprise wide application for Energy Australia, handling utility
bills for 3 million customers.
- Offshored new business worth $500k by building trust and confidence in the customer. Introduced gate checks,
performed functional testing, conducted gap analysis and test case remediation resulting in assured quality and
accuracy of bills.
 Managed the proposal development process, from addressing the proposal to delivery of a consulting report on meter
data management system that best fits Chubu Electric’s objectives and handles its 11 million customer base.
 Re-engineered upstream data management process by conducting workshops with business users. Analyzed current
business process, identified pain points and developed alternatives resulting in 50% reduction in cycle time for
identifying the right data thereby resulting in faster business decision making.
 Led the development of a pricing application for a $6 billion Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) business by gathering
requirements and developing screen mockups. Through effective time management, budget management, and by

- Reduced pricing calculation time by 80% which was very critical from a view point that prices are calculated on
the last day of the month and published to Ministry of Petroleum and Natural gas on the first day the coming
month.
Pre-Sales & Competency Development
 Addressed bids worth $700 million with a conversion rate of 60% which included clients such as GDF, EnBW,
Scottish & Southern Energy, National Grid and Arizona Public Services by developing solution strategy and overall
proposal development.
 Identified growth opportunities and defined and implemented go-to-market strategies for smart grid technology.
- Identified suitable partners such as Silver Springs Networks, Indra, Itron and E-Meter to address areas such as
meter data management, customer information management, demand response management and smart meters.
Jointly bid for seven projects across the globe and won three projects worth $550K.
- Developed a resource plan detailing hiring, training and deployment cost for team expansion.
 Created a market research report on major utilities used by all sales/relationship/engagement managers in US and
