Client is a leading provider of clinical documentation
improvement programs. With more than two decades of
healthcare experience, clients solutions help more than 750
hospitals worldwide to obtain complete and accurate clinical
documentation.
Client relied heavily on manual processes to aggregate,
manage and distribute data from its hospital customers.
CitiusTech was selected to develop a comprehensive
SharePoint 2010 based BI solution to bring greater
efciency to its data management, analytics and reporting
processes, and provide on-demand BI capabilities to
hospital customers.

CitiusTech Solution

Assessment
CitiusTech conducted a comprehensive assessment
of clients existing reporting and analytics environment,
including the nature and volume of the reporting required by
the internal analysts and hospital customers. Key reporting
and analytics subject areas required were Illness Severity,
Mortality and Length of Stay.
Design and Development
The solution involved sourcing of claims data, reference data
and other source data from hospitals and delivering real-
time reports through a web-based user interface.
