Order under S14 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The order is proposed to facil-
itate the upgrade of an exist-
ing electricity sub station. The
effect of the order will be to
close Chapel Hill Road,
Tintern.
The available alternative route
is via; travel in a South
Easterly direction along the
A466 until its junction with the
C53.7. Travel in a North
Westerly direction along the
C53.7 until its junction with
Chapel Hill Road and vice
versa.
The Order will come into force
on the 16th June 2014 until no
later than the 13th July 2014.
By virtue of Section 16(1) of
the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 a person who con-
travenes, or who uses or per-
mits the use of a vehicle in
contravention of, a restriction
or prohibition imposed under
Section 14 of the Act shall be
guilty of an offence.

itate the highway drainage
works. The effect of the order
will be to close Vinegar Hill,
Undy.
The available alternative route
is via; travel in a North
Westerly direction along the
B4245 until its junction with
Dancing Hill. Travel in a North
Easterly direction along
Dancing Hill until its junction
with Grange Road. Travel in a
North Easterly direction along
Grange Road until its junction
with Vinegar Hill and vice
versa.
The Order will come into force
on the 16th June 2014 until no
later than the 17th June 2014.

is via; travel in an Easterly
direction along the A48 until
its junction with the R113.
Travel in a North Westerly
direction along the R113 until
its junction with Court House
Road and vice versa.
The Order came into force on
the 2nd June 2014 until no
later than the 15th June 2014.
