Job Description
You will be responsible for identifying project requirements by interviewing customers;
analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results; preparing customer
contracts.
You will be responsible for developing project estimates by identifying phases and elements,
personnel requirements, and costs.
You will be responsible for allocation of projects to the suitable freelancer and getting it done in
time.

You will be responsible for meeting the quality standard of the projects and meeting the
deadlines.
You will be responsible for maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization
standards.
You will be responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information.
You will be required to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
You will play important roles in resolving complaints to customers satisfaction. If needed, the
queries will be escalated by you to the concerned authorities.
You will be involved in the record keeping aspect of dealing with customers in CRM. Also, you
will record all pertinent information into the companys database ensuring the integrity of the
database.
You will prepare various reports to help the organization improve its customer service level. We
will work together to bring best user experience.
