ThePlaintiff, ELLENBETHWACHS ("WACHS")herebysuesATHEISTS OF FLORIDA,
INC,NAN OWENS,EDWARDGOLLOBITH,JUDYADKINS,JAMESPETERSON,and
ERICHUSBYandas groundsthereforeallegesas follows:
ThisactionconcernstheDefendant'sobligationunderFloridaStatutesChapter617, Sections
617.0831 and617.0834andundertheDefendantOrganization'sbylaws.
1. Thisactionseeksdamages,declaratoryand injunctiverelief.
2. Specifically, WACHSseeksanorderdeclaringtheDefendantAtheistsofFloridato be
the soleobligoron thejudgmententeredagainstbothPlaintiffandDefendantby theCityof
Lakelandinacase wherebothPlaintiffand DefendantAtheistsofFloridasuedthecity
unsuccessfullyinasection 1983 action.
3. WACHS furtherseeksmonetarydamagesagainstthe Defendantsfor harminghercredit
andlosingtheabilityto refinanceherhouse.
