RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE PLANS

1.) Chemical Maintenance (Plan C-Economy) Our technician will be responsible for furnishing the required chemicals and maintaining the correct water chemistry in the swimming pool. A series of water tests will be conducted on each weekly pool visit. The results of these tests will be interpreted to determine the chemicals that are needed to maintain and assure purity and water balance. This plan does not provide for the janitorial tasks such as filter cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, or tile cleaning. These are expected to be completed by the pool owner as needed. $62.00 per month or $682.00 annually* Including a Tri-City Liquibuddy® Chemical Feeder

2.) Chemical and Filter Maintenance (Plan C) Our technician will be responsible for furnishing the required chemicals and maintaining the correct water chemistry in the swimming pool. 3.) Chemical, Filter & Automatic Cleaner Maintenance (Plan C-Auto) If your pool is equipped with a popular brand automatic pool cleaner, this would be the appropriate maintenance plan to choose. Our technician will be responsible for furnishing the required chemicals and maintaining the correct water chemistry in the swimming pool. A series of water tests will be conducted on each weekly visit. The results of these tests will be interpreted to determine the chemicals that are needed to assure water purity and balance. In addition, the technician will be responsible for the cleaning of the filter, pump and skimmer baskets as the need is indicated. Additionally the technician will be responsible for the general maintenance and adjustments of the automatic pool cleaner. Generally auto-cleaners do not always provide a complete cleaning of the pool, therefor the technician will manually clean step areas and tile as the need is indicated. $104.00 per month or $1144.00 annually* Including a Tri-City Liquibuddy® Chemical Feeder

MANUAL CLEANING MAINTENANCE PLANS
The manual vacuuming service of a swimming pool is labor intensive. We generally recommend that pools be equipped with automatic pool cleaners whenever possible as a positive way to clean them on a daily basis. We do, however, recognize that some auto-cleaners are not readily adaptable in some pools. Therefor, the following plans are available: 4.) Chemical, Filter & (1) One Vacuum Service each month 5.) Chemical, Filter & (2) Two Vacuum Services each month 6.) Chemical, Filter & (4) Four Vacuum Services each month (Plan C-1) (Plan C-2) (Plan C-4) $110.00 per month or $1210.00 annually* $124.00 per month or $1364.00 annually* $152.00 per month or $1672.00 annually*

With the above manual plans, our technician will be responsible for furnishing the required chemicals and maintaining the correct water chemistry in the swimming pool. A series of water tests will be conducted on each weekly visit. The results of these tests will be interpreted to determine the chemicals that are needed to assure water purity and balance. In addition, the technician will be responsible for the cleaning of the filter and the pump and skimmer baskets as the need is indicated. Additionally, he will complete the janitorial tasks of vacuum cleaning, tile cleaning and surface skimming at the intervals indicated above.

All required standard chemicals and labor are included in the plan prices. Water chemistry is maintained in accordance with National Association of Pool & Spa Professionals®. Plan prices apply to screen-enclosed residential pools up to 16' x 32' or 20,000 gallons. Larger and special purpose pools and spas are priced on inspection.
*The annual amount is the Pre-Paid Annual Payment and is equal to (11) eleven months' payments, with the (12) twelfth month free.

ABOUT TRI-CITY POOL SERVICE 'STATE OF THE ART' RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE We are a "Drug-Free Workplace" and our employees come to your pool in uniforms, with Nexlel® phones and in letter-marked trucks that are tracked by a recordable Global Positioning System. The technician maintains a "log" to record a continuing account of the activity on your pool. Entries will show the results of the water tests taken on each visit, the chemicals added, filter condition, and what janitorial tasks may have been completed and an Activity Report (Door Knocker) will be left at pool side outlining the work performed and time of service. The routine chemistry tests completed by the technician are Free Chlorine residual, pH, Acid Demand, Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, Cyanuric Acid, and a Langelier Index water analysis. We will install, when practical, and at no cost, a Tri-City Liquibuddy® Automatic Chlorination System on your pool that is designed to precisely control the feed rate of liquid chlorine (sodium hypochlorite) introduced into the swimming pool water as the sanitizer. The Tri-City Liquibuddy® also provides easier control of other chemistry parameters that determine the overall balance of your swimming pool water thereby helping the technician provide better quality swimming pool and spa water. The installed Tri-City Liquibuddy® equipment remains the property of Tri-City Pool Service and is sublect to removal if the service were to be discontinued.
If a sales call to your home is inconvenient, why not fill out the on-line maintenance contract below. You are not obligating yourself by doing so, but it will facilitate the process of getting us started with weekly visits to your pool. THANK YOU
