Experienced Engineers Program
The Experienced Engineers Program is designed for engineers with four or more years experience, and aims to equip participants with the required tools to complete their application for Chartered status or registration with Engineers Australia.
Delivered over five months, the program uses classroom based workshops, online seminars and tools to engage participants and stimulate their thinking. By the end of the program, participants will be better able to: interpret and write effective Engineering Competency Claims manage conflict understand financial variables and metrics value financial goals and priorities justify proposals and professional opinions define and manage risk understand and manage liability and due diligence For organisations, having Chartered or registered engineers on staff has many advantages. Engineers who choose to be Chartered or registered provide a level of assurance of competency in their field of practice and commitment to high standards of professionalism.
