Instructions Payroll calculator
This is a tool that helps the company to keep track of its payments to the employees. The
template will calculate the total amount of money the company will be paying its employees
(base salary, bonuses, etc.) as well as sum up all the deduced numbers (taxes, fines, etc.) that will
be involved in calculating the final earned cash for each employee.

The structure:
Each employee will have a row dedicated to him.
Columns C, D, E, F information about the employee. Please, fill in the surname, first
name, department and position for each row.
Column H base salary. The fixed salary the company is paying the employee. Please fill
in all the cells with blue numbers.
Columns I, J, K, L, M salary bonuses. Additional cash an employee earned during the
period. Please fill in the cells with blue numbers if any extra salary was earned.
Otherwise, leave blank or write zero.
Column N total amount paid. The total amount the company will be paying its
employee. The column will be calculated automatically.
Columns P, Q, R deducted taxes. It is possible to calculate the taxes by either inserting
the tax rate on top of a column and letting the template calculate it according to the
amount paid, or fill in the table manually by adding the amount that will be deducted.
Columns S, T, U, and V additional deducted cash. Any additional deduction the
employees salary will face. Please fill in the exact number that will be deducted for each
worker respectively.
Column W total amount deducted. The total amount of cash that will be deducted from
the employees earned amount. The column will be calculated automatically and does not
require any filling in to do.
Column Y total amount earned by employee. The total amount of cash an employee will
receive after all the subtractions (taxes, fines, etc.). The column will be calculated
automatically.
