Rice Noodles Devil Specials

Ingredints:
100gm Well cleaned shrimps
Crushed Chilly
2 tbsp Sugar
2 bulbs Sliced onion
Curry leaves
3 tbsp source
How to mae : Heat butter in a sauce pan! "dd shrimps and temper a little#
$hen add onion rings and %ry until turns golden! &ow add curry leaves# chilly and sugar!
When sugar gets %ried add source and mi' with the pre(boiled noodles
Devil Chicken - Srilankan style
Ingredients:
1! )one*boneless chicen*chicen drumstic ( 1*+ g
2! ,arlic-chopped. ( 1 tsp
3! $omato ( 1 no -chopped.
+! /nion ( 1 no -%inely chopped.
0! /nion-large. ( 1 no -diced.
1! ,reen capsicum-large. ( 1 no -diced.
2! 3ed capsicum-large. ( 1 no -diced.
4! Chilly %laes( 1 tsp
5! 6epper powder ( 1 tsp
10! $urmeric powder ( 1*2 tsp
11! $omato sauce ( 2 tbsp
12! Salt ( "s re7d
13! Chilly %laes : ,rind about 0 ( 1 dry round red chillies in a mi'ie! Should be 8ust broen
to %laes and not powdered
9ethod:
Clean# wash and marinate the chicen pieces with turmeric and a little salt %or about 30
mins!
:eep %ry the marinated chicen pieces in oil! ;eep aside!
Heat about 1 tbsp o% the same oil in a %rying pan! "dd the %inely chopped onion and saute
%or 2 mins!
"dd the chopped garlic and curry leaves and saute %or 2 mins!
"dd the chopped tomato and saute until they turn pulpy and mashed! "dd the diced
onions and saute %or 8ust a min!
"dd the diced red and green capsicum and saute %or 2 mins!
"dd the chilly %laes and pepper powder and saute %or 0 mins!
"dd the %ried chicen pieces and the tomato sauce! Saute %or 0 mins and then chec %or
salt!
/nce done# remove %rom %ire! :( <our hot and sweet Srilanan :evil Chicen is ready to
be served as a starter or as a side dish with rice# noodles# naans and rotis=
Chicken devil
Ingredients

200 g Chicen breasts
1 9edium si>e hot pepper or capsicum
1 9edium si>e red onion
1 9edium si>e tomato
2(3 Spring onions
20 ml Chilli -spicy. sauce
1 $easpoon Chilli %laes
1*2 $easpoon ,round blac pepper
1 $easpoon Cooing salt
2(3 $ablespoon /il
1 $easpoon ?emon 8uice
method

Cut chicen breast into byte si>e -1(2 cubic centimetres. pieces! Slice and roughly chopped hot
pepper# red onion and tomato! Cut spring onion into 2 cm long pieces!
Heat the oil in a %rying pan and when the oil is hot# add chicen breasts! -9ae sure chicen is
properly thawed and the oil is hot when adding chicen into %rying pan! /therwise water may
soaed into the pan.!
When chicen starts to get golden brown add salt# chilli %laes and pepper! $hen add chopped hot
pepper# red onions# tomato and mi' them together! Coo %or about 1 minute and add chilli source
and turn the %ire o%%! "dd spring onions# lemon 8uice and mi' everything together!

Can be served with steamed rice!

&ote: <ou can change the 7uantity o% chilli and pepper and sauce according to your taste!
