there is probable
cause for believing that there have been violations of Penal Code sections
597b, 597.1(a), and in support of the seizure of animals pursuant to Penal Code section
the City of Palrn Springs, its animal contol officers, police officers, and any
authorized agent(s) are therefore commanded, in the daytime, between the hours of 8:00am
and 5:00pm, to make search at the interior or exterior areas of the property located at
Road in the City of Palm Springs, the exterior and interior of the property located
North Anza Road, the veterinary hospital located at 4299 EastRamon Road, in the
City of Palm Springs, and the veterinary hospital located at 46920 Jefferson Avenue, in the
City'of Indio, as may be necessary to Seize the animals within the possession or control of
Richard P. Ruteard.
