Data and Estimation for the Tunnel Kiln of capacity of 20Mt to 30Mt per day at the Temp. of 1400 C to1500 C
as follows and break up given in attached sheet .
This cost excluding Taxes, Service Taxes, Freight, Oil Painting, Shed, and DG. Set, Water, Power,
Welding Rod, Oxygen Gas, Civil work, Electrical panel board Etc.
You have to provide welding machine, Gas cutting set and tools and tackle for erection. You have
to provide accommodation to our technicians and engineers at your end.
Free of cost.
Payment an advance of 30% of total cost of labor charges before start of the job for mobilization
and rest as job proceeds every fortnight.

The constructional aspects of a high temperature Tunnel Kiln suitable

for producing pilot scale for firing all sort of Refractory, High Alumina ceramics.
The kiln is an open flame gas fired kiln. Side fired into gaps to fire high grade
refractory around 1450°C / 1500°C.
The kiln has a length of approximately 51.000mtr. with an out put 20mt.
to 30mt. Per day.
