Question 1 : Tell me about yourself?

Thanks for giving me this wonderful opportunity to express myself.my name is nurhazimah binti
mohs kassim. Im 50 years old and im from Sandakan, sabah. I am dynamic professional a senior
manager graduate with MBA in Sales and Marketing with 29 years of experience. In my academic
credentials I have done my studying from Newcastle University which is located in Australia. My
father is retired Govt.employee and Mother is housewife. I have 10 siblings that 4 boys and 6 girls. I
always believe whatever the women`s mind can conceive and believe can be achieved in life.
Whatever I do,I do with sincerity.I believe in my work, I am a self driven person. I like dealing with
people rather than dealing with machines. I am very positive towards life.
Question 2 : "Why do you want this job?"
I want this job because it seems tailored to my competencies, which include sales and marketing.
This job is a good fit for what I've been interested in throughout my career. It offers a nice mix of
short- and long-term activities. My short-term achievements keep me cranked up and the long-term
accomplishments make me feel like a billioniare.
Question 3 : Why do you think youre qualified for this position?
"I have achieved success in my career because I have been focused on the bottom line. I have always
sought out innovative solutions to challenging problems to maximize profitability. Regardless of the
task or challenge, I always established benchmarks of performance and standards of excellence. I
have never sought to maintain the "status quo." An organization that does not change and grow will
die. I would enjoy working with you to help define new market opportunities in order to achieve the
organization's goals.
Questions 4 : From your qualitification that u said just now, can you tell me about your work
experiences?
I've had a job every school holidays since I was 16 years old. My primary reason to work was to have
some extra spending money, but what I didn't realize was that I was actually sampling careers to see
where I fit in.My first parmenant job I was worked as a Dealer at Thong & Oh Securities Sdn Bhd at
Pulau Pinang after I got my diploma from UITM. It was then that I discovered what I wanted to do
for my career.After that I decided I would workhard to improve my skills and go to the next step
until now I worked as a senior manager at KAF Seagroatt & Campbell Securities Sdn Bhd and have
finish my MAB from Newcastle. So, talk about work experience I already work in business
management over 29 years. Before this I was worked as many position such as dealer,senior
dealer,manager and senior manager. So, I know what my quality for this position and my
responsibility.




Question 5 : Why did u leave your current job?
To be honest, I wasn't considering a move, but, I saw this job posting and was intrigued by the
position and the company. It sounds like an exciting opportunity and an ideal match with my
qualifications. This position seemed like an excellent match for my skills and experience and I am not
able to fully utilize them in my present job.
Question 6 : What can you do for us that no one else can?
I have a great deal of experience in working with database products. In my past jobs, I have rebuilt
databases to make them faster and more efficient, and as a result of my efforts, our sales
department was able to run their daily and weekly reports 52% faster than they were before thus
saving them a great deal of time that could be better utilized making more sales than waiting for
reports to run. So , I believe that my unique blend of experience, problem solving skills and people
skills differentiates me from most other candidates. I am motivated, disciplined and focused and am
willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. And now, I want to be part of your team and
solving problems for you.
Question 7 : How do you manage stress in your daily work?
For me stress, is a part of life. I can handle stress by making it a challenge. That way, I can take it
positively because I do believe the more you are challenged, the more you enjoy the work.
Sometimes , I also go to an open place where you can see the sky, pray to god and pay attention to
only one thing for 3 to 5 minutes. Your mind will refresh and new ideas will flow in.
