1 General

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services between the
Casamoda Heinrich Katt GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter "we") and the customer (hereinafter "you"
referred to). Moreover, the statutory provisions shall apply.
Unless you also use Terms and conditions of the contract shall come, even without express agreement
on the inclusion of the terms and conditions. As far as the various terms and conditions identical in
substance, they are regarded as agreed upon.
Second order and contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-catalog dar By

basket. The confirmation of the order follows immediately after sending the order and still does not

When ordering from our online shop, the order process includes four steps. In the first step select the
desired goods. In the second step, enter your customer data including billing address and, if different
delivery address. In the third step, you choose how you want to pay. In the last step, you have the
option of all the information (eg, name, address, payment method items) to check again and correct, if
necessary before placing your order by clicking on 'Submit Order' send it to us.
We are free not to accept your order. We reserve the right not to accept your offer if an item is not
available or if you have not paid unjustified invoices for earlier deliveries. Can we not execute an order,
we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Orders are accepted only for normal household quantities. This refers to the number of products
ordered under an order as well as on the task of multiple orders of the same product, in which the
individual orders include a household amount.
3 Delivery and Shipping
If for some products no differing delivery times are estimated, we will deliver the goods within 2 working
days of the contract or cash in advance after receipt of the shipment.
Delivery within Germany is free shipping. The delivery of our products can only Germany erfolgen.Die
delivery to all other countries is only possible by appointment.
In case of cancellation, the return for you is always free of charge.
4 Payment
There are the prices at the time of the order. All prices are in Euro and include the statutory value-added
tax.
Unless otherwise specified for individual products, the payment is either by payment by way of bank
transfer, by PayPal, by invoice, via online bank transfer with credit card or giropay or credit card. When
paying by credit card will be charged once dispatch of the goods. A cash discount is not allowed.
5 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the invoice amount.
6 Warranty
If the delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, which also include transport
damages, please report such defects immediately to us or to the employees of the packet sender,
delivering the items. The failure of this complaint, however, has no consequences for your legal rights.
7 Right of withdrawal
Consumer according to 13 BGB any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose
that is neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity may be attributed.

You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax,
email) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the item back. The time limit begins
after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the goods by the
recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial
delivery) and not before fulfilling our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 2 in
connection with 1 paragraph 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations according to 312e
paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 3 BGB. The revocation period is

Consequences of cancellation:
In the event of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and possibly towed uses

performance received and benefits (eg benefits of use), you have to pay us compensation. For
the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only to the extent that
benefits or deterioration due to a deal with the matter are due, beyond testing the properties and
functioning. By "testing the properties and functioning" refers to the testing and trying out the
goods, as it is possible and customary in a retail store.
Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. The return for you free of charge. Not parcel
things do you pick.Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The
period begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us with their reception.
End of cancellation policy
8 Applicable Law; Jurisdiction
It is only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the provisions on private international
law and the law on the international sale of goods. Compared to a consumer this choice of law applies
only to the extent, be characterized as required by legal provisions of the country in which he has his
domicile or habitual residence restricted.
If the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the Commercial Code or a corporation under public
