PROJECT OUTLINE

Cape Cabo Project is a multi-tiered component project to be developed in Baja California Sur, Mexico. It is
a state of the art combination facility consisting of resort, spa, condominiums, golf course, healthcare facility,
movie studio, water distillation and bottling system complex. With the addition of building a toll road from
San Jose Airport to the proposed location, this project will be a destination for many populations for
business and pleasure for many years to come.

Cape Cabo Resort and Fractional Share Ownership Vacations is a paradise resort and ownership
development located along the waters of Baja California Sur. Two hundred units for the resort and fractional
ownership vacations alongside the waters of Baja California Sur provides a beautiful view for whale
watching and the most exciting fishing and water sports in the world. In addition, approximately 250 private
homes will be developed providing luxury residential Villas with full participation of the resort and its
amenities. With the addition of a superior golf course, it will attract a host of people from around the world.

Cape Cabo Studios is an equal opportunity business making its expertise and its products available to help
the Independent Film Maker. Postproduction services are unique, up-to-date and at a quality level in great
demand by the film industry. The postproduction software brings interactive filmmaking as close as the real
world as possible. Through these and other products and services, Cape Cabo Studios aims to be the
number one resource for the Independent Film Maker.

Cape Cabo Water was developed to deliver the ability to manufacture drinking and potable water to many
of the under developed parts of the world to effectuate life sustaining social and economical independence.
Cape Cabo Water converts seawater and or any contaminated water in to pure drinking water. The trade
name "Cape Cabo H20 Global" will serve as brand name and identity name for the product. Since our
patented water system is SOLAR Powered, Baja California Sur is an ideal location for success. Our system
produces 10-20 times more distilled water then the present day distillation systems and does not require
vast areas of land for large-scale distillation. No water treatment process thoroughly removes as many
contaminants as distillation. It is the best protection against biological, inorganic, organic and even
radioactive waterborne pollutants.

Cape Cabo Toll Road component was recently added as a valuable connection point between the San
Jose International Airport and the proposed location of the Cape Cabo Project. Through our valued
network, we have made it possible to expedite the approval and construction process of this toll road with
100% oversight from the Mexican Government. Not only will this be beneficial for the ease of transportation
between airport and Cape Cabo, the toll road will be under 50 year concession of Cape Cabo SA de CV.

Cape Cabo Land Options are available with the construction and implementation of the TOLL ROAD.
Once the toll road approval has been issued, our intentions are to proceed to acquire as much available
property that is adjacent to the Cape Cabo Project. By having control of the additional properties, any new
entities or Hotel companies who have a desire to create and develop their property in this area, they will
have to negotiate with Cape Cabo for availability and pricing.
