ORDER GRANTING JOINT APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH AN OPTIONAL UNIFIED RESPONSIVE PLEADINGS SCHEDULE FOR ALL SERVED DEFENDANTS [Dkt. 237]
NOW on this _25th ___ day of June, 2014, the Court considers the joint application of Plaintiffs and Defendant Narconon of Oklahoma, Inc. to establish an optional unified responsive pleadings schedule for all served defendants [Dkt. 237]. The Court finds that there is good cause to grant the application in part. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the joint application of Plaintiffs and Defendant Narconon of Oklahoma, Inc. to establish an optional unified responsive pleadings schedule for all served defendants [Dkt. 237] should be, and hereby is, granted in part.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that any Defendant who is served with process (Summons and copy of Complaint) on or before the 1
st
 day of August, 2014, shall have the option, but not the requirement, to file an answer or other responsive pleading on or before August 1, 2014. Any Defendant who is served with process on or before that date retains the right to answer or otherwise plead within the time-frames established by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and remains entitled to obtain any extension authorized by this Court’s Local Rules. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Plaintiffs shall have thirty (30) days from August 1, 2014, in which to file a response to any motion filed by a Defendant on or before that date, and that a Defendant filing a motion on or before August 1, 2014, shall have twenty (20) days in which to file a reply to a response filed by Plaintiffs. IT IS SO ORDERED this _25th __ day of June, 2014.
