QUALIFICATIONS - ESSENTIAL :
M.S. (Anatomy)/M.D. (Anatomy)/ MBBS with M.Sc. (Anatomy)/ M.Sc.
(Med. Anatomy) with Ph.D. (Med. Anatomy)/ M.Sc. (Med. Anatomy)
with D.Sc. (Med. Anatomy)
(i) As Assistant Professor in the concerned subject for
four
years in the recognised Medical College

(ii) Two Research papers accepted / published in
index/National
journal as first / second author during the tenure of
Assistant
Professor

Dental College :
2. Associate Professor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dept of
Oral & Maxifacial Surgery (1)
QUALIFICATIONS - ESSENTIAL:
A BDS Degree of an Indian University or an equivalent
qualification with post graduate qualification /Diplomate of
National Board in the subject and with 4 years teaching
experience after post graduation shall have published at least
one
paper as first author in his speciality in any National/
International Journal.
3. Assistant Professor in Chinese, Dept of Foreign Languages (1)
4. Assistant Professor in French, Dept of Foreign Languages (1)
5. Assistant Professor in German, Dept of Foreign Languages (1)
6. Assistant Professor in Russian, Dept of Foreign Languages (1)

QUALIFICATION - ESSENTIAL :

(i) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university
with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale
wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree
level in the relevant subject from an Indian University, or an
equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university;
(ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate
must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted
by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like
SLET/SET;
(iii) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses (i) and
(ii) above, candidates, who are or have been awarded a Ph.D.
degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission
(Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. degree)
Regulations, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the
minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment
and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions
in Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions;
OR
The candidates having been awarded Ph.D. Degree prior to
11.07.2009, the date of notification of UGC (Minimum Standard
Procedure for the award of M.Phil / Ph.D. Degree ) Regulation,
2009 or admitted prior to the aforesaid date and awarded
Ph.D.
after the above notification shall be exempted from requirement
of the minimum eligibility conditions of NET / SLET/SET and will
be eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Professor
provided they fulfill minimum 6 out 11 conditions as
recommended
by the Thyagrajan Committee and have obtained certificate in
this regard from the Competent Authority of the concerned
University.
(iv) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters
Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not
conducted.
8. Sr. Personal Assistant, Aligarh Muslim University (05)
Pay Band : Rs. 9300-34800 GP Rs. 4600
QUALIFICATIONS - ESSENTIAL:
1. Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University.
2. 80/40 w.p.m. speed in shorthand and computer typing
respectively.
3. At least three years experience of having worked as P.A.
or
equivalent in a University / Academic Institution /
Central
Government / State Government / Government Undertaking.
Desirable: PGDCP/ PGDCA

9. Stenographers, AMU [04]
Scale of Pay : Rs.5200-20200 GP Rs. 2400 plus allowances.

1. Bachelor's degree from a recognised University
2. Diploma in Stenography/Diploma in Secretarial Practice
from a recognised Institution.
3. Shorthand and Typing speed 80/40 w.p.m. respectively.
OR
1. Sr. Secondary/Intermediate/Higher Secondary or equivalent.
2. Diploma in Stenography/Diploma in Secretarial Practice from
a recognised Institution.
3. Experience of working as Lower Division Clerk or
equivalent for at least two years.
4. Shorthand and Typing speed 80/40 w.p.m. respectively.
The recruitment to the posts Sr. P.A. & Stenographer will be
made
on the basis of a competitive Test in Stenography and computer
typing followed by an interview of those who qualify the Test.
10. Calligraphist, Controller of Examination (1)
Scale/Pay Band: Rs.5200-20200 GP Rs 2800 plus allowances
Qualification: i) A Bachelor's Degree from a Statutory
University
with knowledge of English Calligraphic Art.
ii) Experience of work with regard to writing
documents (like Degree & Certificates) handling
confidential records in academic Institution.
Desirable: Diploma in Art.
11. Drivers, Central Automobile Workshop (17)
Scale/Pay Band: Rs.5200-20200 GP Rs 1900 plus allowances
QUALIFICATIONS-ESSENTIAL :
1. Secondary School Certificate (Class X)/High School
2. Valid driving licence for driving all kinds of
vehicles.
3. Holding two years of driving licence.
4. Capable of minor repairs.
DESIRABLE : 1. Well versed with prevailing traffic rules.
2. Knowledge of Log Book maintenance.

IMPORTANT NOTE : 1. Those who have applied against earlier
advertisement will have to apply a fresh with all necessary
documents and application Fee. Their earlier applications will
not be entertained.

2. The Selection Committees for the posts of mentioned at
S.No. 3 to 7 will be held after the approval of the Visitor is
received for the establishment of the Department of Foreign
Languages.
2. Applications received late or without necessary supporting
documents, Degree/Certificates/ Mark-sheets and
experience
certificate not attested by the Head of the Department /
Institution / Gazetted Officer or not accompanied by full
prescribed fee shall be rejected summarily.
3. A relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of the
marks at the Master's /Graduate level for the SC/ST Physically
and visually handicapped candidates.

4. A relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of the
marks to the Ph.D. degree holders who have passed their Master's
degree prior to 19th September, 1991.
5. Relevant grade which is regarded as equivalent of 55% where
the grading system is followed by recognised University shall
also be considered eligible.
6. The eligibility of candidates will be determined as on the
last date of submission of employment forms.
