My family has
appreciated our time
serving Christ alongside
you, and you have
helped shape our future
service in ministry.
We will carry the love
you have shared with us,
and gladly know that we
are connected in heart
and spirit each time we
worship and gather at
our Lord's table.
With gratitude,
Grant, Amy, Lily and

A Chance to Meet-n-Greet with the New Pastors
Pastors Debbie and Randy Reese will
officially start at Calvary effective July 1,
2014. Calvarys Staff Parish Relations
Committee (SPRC) would like to extend
to all Calvary members an opportunity to
get to better know Pastors Debbie and
Randy. Between July 10 and August 18,
SPRC is offering Meet-n-Greet sessions
where the congregation can attend to
learn more about Pastors Debbie and
Randy and discuss topics of interest.
These sessions will be approximately 90
minutes in length and take place at
Calvary.
IGNITION is an hour-long
course designed to
overview whats
happening at Calvary,
look at your individual
gifts and skills, and help
you find meaningful ways
to connect into the life of
the church.

Building Fees
Events and activities that are under
Calvarys ministry committees (categories
1 and 2) have been accounted for through
the annual budgeting process, and will not
i ncur bui l di ng use fees. Weddi ngs
(categories 3 and 5) fall under a special
fee schedule, which is determined by the
wedding party and Calvary at the time of
reservation. Because personal use of the
facility by members (category 4) typically
requires little set-up and maintenance,
there is no fee assessed. For non-church
community groups (category 6) looking to
use the facility, a nominal, at-cost fee
(typically $25 per room) will be assessed
to cover the custodial support and ongoing
maintenance of the building.
