Environment: UNIX, WIN XP platform with Java
Details: CSM5 which will be the CRM product in Infinys suite of products, from Convergys, is
being readied for a launch. Prepare demo scripts for key product differentiators. Pre-integrate
CSM5 with other products in the Infinys suite. Determine gaps in the system by studying
customer requirements from their RFPs. Provide feedback to the product team for additional
features in the system. Provide real time/deferred integration solutions. Provide solutions for new
features or improvement of existing features.
Role: Solution architect/designer defining and implementing E2E scenario's, lead integration of
components

Sr Analyst - Systems, (Dec 2004 onwards)

Starting with the Sprint BU (Dec 2004 to May 2006), involved in various projects viz. Combophone
(a dual mode phone being launched for enhanced services by sprint), P2K (a billing system from
Convergys) etc; moved over to the CSM (R&D) in June 2006 and report to Sr. Manager, mentoring
3 resources.

Responsibility:
• Primarily responsible for requirement discovery and Solutions and Systems architecture.
• Involved in determining reuse, abstraction, refactoring during construction.
• Responsible for use case determination, best fit solutions, capacity requirements, and
performance implications.
