1.0 Purpose This document provides a system of instructions to ensure all
relevant stakeholders of the Philippine TVET Qualification
and Certification System (PTQCS) have a shared
understanding of the detailed activities to be undertaken for
the accreditation of Competency ssessors at
Provincial!"istrict and #egional level$
2.0 Scope The procedure includes the process of accrediting
competency assessors commencing %ith the orientation of
the applicant&assessor on the administrative and
documentary re'uirements( acceptance( reports submission
and updating the registry$
