performing Nursing schools in the Philippines, Far Eastern University (FEU) in Manila. I ranked
67 out of the 540 graduates of Batch 2013 with a total General Weighted Average of 1.96. I took
the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination held last June 2013 and got an average of 77.40%.

I started as a Volunteer Nurse in Tzu Chi Eye Center last April 2014 up to present. I am a highly
motivated nurse and the experiences I had during our clinical exposures gave me essential
knowledge, leadership skills, technical and analytical development that could help me become a
great asset to the nursing profession. I consistently perform in a highly organized manner,
execute problem solving skills integrating critical thinking and good judgement and I value
communication skills in promoting respect and team spirit as a foundation of a good teamwork.
