The Rugby is a contact sport team born in England. During the nineteenth century it developed among private schools in England a game called football carnival that students practiced in every British town. This kind of rules emerge modern rugby and football and other sports related. The invention of rugby is attributed to a student of the School of Rugby. According to the story, in 1823, during a game of football or soccer carnival, William Webb Ellis, disobeying the rules of the game, took the ball with his hands and carried it to the opposing goal, getting a goal. This event is officially approved by the International Rugby Board as the first antecedent of the modern rugby, and the trophy to the winners of the Rugby World Cup is named after delivery. A mid-nineteenth century came the need to unify the rules of the game and put them in writing, although opponents agreed before each game rules, arguments and quarrels about the actions that were permitted or prohibited, it was inconvenient each more noticeable.
