To explain the Hospitals/Clinics/Doctors service, care and treatments to potential patients

Co-ordinate between patient and doctor in scheduling appointments.
Follow up with patients for appointment scheduling patients records, details over mail and telephone.
Maintaining & Updating patient details and follow up with them.
To ensure excellent care and service to all the patients, to co-ordinate with doctor in patient care
whenever required, complaints redressal, feedback, to ensure all appointments in time, preoperative

Creates hospital public relations campaigns by developing and communicating priorities and strategies
to internal and external marketing and advertising groups and agencies; directing external publication
and promotion efforts; monitoring publications to evaluate content; developing strategies to offset
negative press.
Completes projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources; redesigning
communications and public relations approaches and strategies; exploring new technological
communication methods.
Resolves hospital public relations challenges by working with hospital administrative officers, staff, and
outside groups in developing strategies; devising strategic initiatives; maintaining relationships with
public media decision-makers; controlling media interviews and press conferences.
Accomplishes hospital public relations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting,
training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job
expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing
compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Finds new ways to promote the hospital by highlighting new, unique services; creating interest in
