1. Background
Zeej print is a website for printing solutions with online design and order capabilities. Currently the website
incorporates sound Information Architecture but lacks a good User Interface. Given that the website offers real
online designing and creating capabilities, it ought to present the overall structure in a classier and richer
fashion. This document will suggest how that can be achieved, in addition to that this document will briefly state
the scope of the work.

2. What we understand
Based on the Analytics provided and client’s brief, it is clear that few categories offer a larger influx of the
clients/potential clients than others. (Business cards, Letterheads). These and other crucial services must be
categorized as priority and must be presented in a more appealing way. The objective is devise a plan that
provides a much more intuitive and effective user experience to help increase the conversion rate.
3. Objective
We intend to emphasize on the user experience part of the website to ensure more leads. We would put our
efforts in enhancing the following:
1. Tweaked Information Architecture and Wizard Structure

3. Better Interaction Design and User Experience
4. Scope

additions.

6. Limitations and Constraints
Provided that the new Wizard will be a part of the current website, there won’t be a lot of freedom to change
the elements or introduce any new thematic elements. The wizard section could be moved to a micro site. That
would allow a better implementation of the visual enhancement as well as it would lift a lot of technical
constraints in the future like load on the server, managing technological changes and so on.
Having said that, if a micro site isn’t the option we can still deliver the enhanced experienced while remaining
loyal to the current theme of the website.

7. Hours Breakdown

Information Architecture 14 Hours
Visual Design 18 Hours
