ABOUT THE EVENT:
The Crow Hill Community Craft Fair’s mission is to build community by supporting
Brooklyn based artisans as they promote their craftworks, while giving friends,
neighbors, and other folks an opportunity to socialize and support the local economy.
This sidewalk event will take place on Franklin Avenue, between Sterling Pl. and St.
John’s Pl. in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
Participation fees raised from the craft fair directly beneft the Crow Hill Community
Association.
WHEN:
• Sunday, August 3, 2014 (12-6pm)
Vendor set up time is from 11:00 – 12:00pm. The event will ofcially open to the
public at 12:00pm. Vendor set up must be completed prior to opening.

VENDOR SELECTION:
CHCA Craft Fair strives to provide a diverse product ofering at its craft show. When
reviewing the applications, we will be looking for unique, handmade art/craftworks
(vintage is ok, too). We reserve the right to choose artisans we deem appropriate for a
given show. This is a family friendly event – no explicit or ofensive material is
permitted.
FEES:

Participation fees are as follows:
• $25/per space (vendor must provide your own table – up to 6’ and chair(s)
OR
• $35/per space if you need to rent a table. (vendor must provide your own
chair)
Vendors are responsible for their own display items (risers, racks, hangers, etc.);
however, display must be contained to a 6 ft. space. Please note: because this is
sidewalk event, tents WILL NOT be permitted, however, umbrellas are welcome.

Participation fees are due on event day and must be paid in cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If for some reason you are unable to vend, please give at least 24 hours notice either via
email chccraftfair@gmail.com or call Danyel Jones at 917.873.9449.
