ALL SAINTS Church, Ascot in

Berkshire was the scene of the


beautiful wedding recently of
Miss Hannah Whittow and Mr
Tom Hateley.
Hannah is the daughter of
Daily Express Editor, Mr Hugh
Whittow, who hails from
Haverfordwest and started his
career on the Western Telegraph
and his wife, Lesley. And Tom is
the son of Mrs Beverley Hateley
and Mr Mark Hateley, a former
England footballer.
Hannah andTom now live in
Poland where the groom plays
football for Wroclaw in the
Polish Premiership. They met
while pupils at school in Ascot,
Berkshire, where both families
reside.
Hannah wore a classic lace
dress which was hand made by
celebrity designer, Suzanne Neville of Knightsbridge. Her sister, Amy, was Maid of Honour andToms
sisters, Emma, Lucy and Faye were bridesmaids. His niece Chloe was ower girl.
The Best Man was Mr Alex McCarthy, the Reading and England goalkeeper.
A champagne reception was held for over 150 guests at Foxhills Country Hotel in Surrey.
The couple are planning a honeymoon in the Caribbean.

RECENTLY married at St Barnabas Church, Drefach-Felindre was Sarah Louise Jones to Iwan
Morgan Francis on the June 14, 2014, with the reception at The Cliff Hotel, Gwbert.
Sarah is the daughter of Brian and Jean Jones from Bodafon, Drefach-Felindre. Iwan is the
son of John and Angela Francis from Pant yr Hebog, Drefach-Felindre.
Bridesmaids were SharonVobe, (sister), Helen Rees (sister), Heulwen Thomas (friend),
Cadi Vobe (niece), Lois Vobe (niece), Seren Rees (niece), and Eifa Francis (daughter).
The Best Man was Edrian Monk (friend) and the Ushers were Owen Francis (brother),
Daniel Rees (nephew) and Rheinallt Harries (friend).
After the wedding the couple had a minimoon for 3 nights in Tenby and are going on
honeymoon to New Zealand in January. The couple spent a year on a working holiday in
New Zealand in 2010, some of their Kiwi friends came over for the wedding.

Julia Howells and Nathan Evans
SUNSHINE, laughter and friendship blessed the wedding on
April 19th at St Peters Church, Lampeter Velfrey. The groom,
who is a butcher for Andrew Rees, Narberth is the son of Paul
and Maria Evans of Narberth, while the bride, who works as
a teacher at Saundersfoot School is the daughter of Huw and
Cathy Howells, of Lampeter Velfrey. Given away by her father,
the bride wore a bespoke Amy Mair Couture lace wedding
dress complete with a full train and veil. Maid of honour was
Rosie Howells, bridesmaids were Jessica and Charlie Evans and
ower girls were Fon Doble and Layla-Rae Harvey. Best man
was Ashley Williams, while the ushers were Tony Evans, Andrew
Stephens, Jordan Williams and Adi Jones. Page boys were Iestyn
Doble and Jordan Preece. Reverend David Hammon conducted
a special service who since the wedding has sadly passed away.
Saundersfoot School choir were a highlight of the service
along with a reading from the brides cousin, Carys Owen.
The celebrations were held in a marquee supplied by Dingle
Marquees at the brides family home which continued over the
Easter weekend. Photographs were taken by a school friend of
the brides, Kate Dunwell Photography and it was videoed by
Winston Bynorth.
