Creating Jobs in New Haven
The New Haven Works program is a culmination of
efforts by the City of New Haven, Yale University, local
employers, labor unions and local residents to create a
“pipeline” of jobs for citizens of New Haven. In its first
year, New Haven Works placed 323 residents in local jobs,
including 125 at Yale University.
Governor Dannell Malloy spoke at the one year anniversary of New Haven Works on June
12th. For more information, visit onhsa.yale.edu/economic-growth-and-fiscal-impact.
