presentation of CERMET and our best offer for the certification of your organisation, drawn
up based on the information provided.

Systems in your Company’s specific sector. OR For your Company’s specific merchandise
sector, please note that we are currently operating outside of the scope of SINCER
accreditation; however, we will in any case abide by all SINCERT regulations for the purpose
of the service provided. In the event of a future extension of our accreditation, we will be sure
to provide you with a new, accredited certificate at not extra cost.

The activities pertaining to Stage 1 and Stage 2 may be carried out in two separate and
consecutive times. (IF >65 EMPLOYEES:….IT WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN 2 SEPARATE TIMES)
Certification upkeep includes: Management of the certification procedure – Analysis of
Document Updates – On-site audit (1 man/days for 2nd year upkeep, and 1 man/days for 3rd
year upkeep) – Evaluation of Corrective Actions.
TERMS OF PAYMENT

For issue of certification 30% of the amount upon acceptance of this Offer.
70% of the amount upon conclusion of the in-company
Audit.
For yearly management and upkeep
100% of the amount January of each year of validity of
certification.
For assessments not provided for in100% upon conclusion of the in-company Audit
the standard procedure

NOTES

1. The estimate of the amount and duration of assessment activities is calculated


hypothesizing a company that presents no significant non-conformities vis-à-vis the
Standards of reference. Any additional Assessments will be billed at INR-10000/- per
man-day.
2. If expressly requested, a preliminary in-company audit may be programmed at INR-
10000/- per man-day

3. The applicable costs are net of SERVICE TAX and do not include travel and boarding
expenses for our Auditors while auditing the applicant Company; said expenses will be
billed separately. If a car is used, the reimbursement per kilometre will be INR 10/km.
Alternatively it is advisable that the company makes the arrangement for the auditors
travel and boarding.

4. In observance of SINCERT regulation, please note that for the next three-year
renewal of certification we have foreseen 2 man/days for the assessment (provided that
the company data defined in this offer and/or the Standards of reference have not varied
at the renewal date).

5. This estimate is valid for: 6 months.

INITIATING THE SERVICE

Upon acceptance of this offer, the Customer undertakes to accept the whole of the technical
requirements for the provision of the service, as specified in the following documents:

- PSC 05 A - ISO 9001 BASIC REQUIREMENTS – rev. 2 dated 2008-04-30

- DSC 05 – CONTRACT OF CONFORMITY EVALUATION – rev. 2 dated 2008-03-18
