Does Your Charity Want to Benefit From The I.S.Q.C.C.B.E.?
What Do These Titles Mean?
Each year the I.S.Q.C.C.B.E. chooses the charities which will benefit from the proceeds of that year, however many ad-
ditional charities may benefit through dedicated shows and events. If you have a charity, or know of a charity that fits
with the mission of the I.S.Q.C.C.B.E., and are interested in being one of the designated charities chosen for Reign
XXIII, this process will be of special interest to you.

What You Need To Know:
All interested charities must apply to be a designated charity.
All interested charities must be at minimum a 501(c)3.

Important Dates:
Applications to become a designated charity for Reign XXIII will be made available August 1, 2014.
All applications interested in being considered must be postmarked by August 31, 2014.
Interviews with a representative of each charity will be held on September 7, 2014 at Below Zero Lounge, from 1-4.
Applicants will be notified of their interview timeframe after September 1, 2014.

What You Need To Do:
To request an application you need to email the I.S.Q.C.C.B.E. at isqccbe@yahoo.com. An application will be
made available to you to complete and return.

Please share this information with those who you know have expressed interest in benefiting, and
becoming more involved with the I.S.Q.C.C.B.E.

Since our reorganization in 2012, we have had some confusion amongst members and supporters on what our titles
mean. The short version of the change is as follows:
 Emperor and Empress — are voted on in April, and become Emperor and Empress when they step up at Corona-
tion in October.
 Imperial Crown Prince / Princess Royale (ICPR) — are appointed by the Emperor and Empress when the
Monarchs begin their reign. If one or both of the ICPR’s decide to campaign and are elected to be the next
Emperor / Empress they forfeit the title of ICPR and become an Imperial Crown Prince / Princess (ICP). The
Emperor and / or Empress will then appoint a new ICPR to fill the vacant role(s).
 Imperial Crown Prince / Princess (ICP) — This title is bestowed on the newly elected Emperor and Empress Elect.
ICP is no longer a permanent title and simply means that these individuals will be stepping up as your next Emperor
and Empress at Coronation in October. However, any former ICP titles with a number will remain a permanent title
and ICP’s will still walk as ICP(number) as their permanent title.
Please join us in congratulating Emperor XXII Keith Roberto and Empress XXII Freeda Bangkok, and ICPR XXII Owen
Cash and ICPR XXII Dixie Normous on a wonderful year! Additionally, please join us in congratulating and wishing suc-
cess for ICP’s Sir Steve Lick-a-Lotta Steele and Petty Cash on their upcoming reign, when they become your next
Emperor and Empress at coronation in October!

Greetings! My name is Alynn Rousselle (Oscar Snap-Clemons) and I am your newly elected Membership Chair.
Recently, many of you received a renewal reminder letter for your Court membership. If you did not, or if you still
need to renew, the membership form (located on the last page of the newsletter) will serve your needs. If you have
renewed and know someone who would like to become a new member, feel free to pass the form along!

The month of August will be a big membership drive for us. I have
several new membership ideas up my sleeve that I can't wait to share
with you! We are encouraging all members, past and present, to
reach out and recruit new members. If you are in need of recruitment
tools, membership forms, or if you have any questions, send me an
email at <membership@isqccbe.org> and I will serve as a resource
for you. I am also frequently at shows and carry membership forms
with me - just ask! Our online form is available 24/7 and linked to Pay-
Pal creating yet another way to get and share our information.

By bringing in new members, we help to ensure the longevity of this
great organization. We enable our long-standing aid to charities each
year. As always, every penny counts, and each unique contribution is
welcome!
