EXPERIMENT -6
AIM:
1. To obtain the I-V characteristics of BJT for Common base Configuration.
2. To obtain the I-V characteristics of BJT in case of Common Emitter
Configuration.
3. To compute transistor parameters.
EQUIPMENT USED: BJT, resistors, multi-meter, two variable dc source.
PRINCIPLE
BJT: A bipolar junction transistor (BJT) is a three-terminal electronic device
constructed of doped semiconductor material and may be used in amplifying or
switching applications. Bipolar transistors are so named because their operation
involves both electrons and hole.
