Its the time of the year
where the Fall Film
Festivals begin announcing
their line-ups. Much to our
delight some of our Brit
boys have movies that will
be presented at a couple
festivals.

First up, we have the
Toronto International Film
Festival, better known as
simply TIFF, which
announced its Gala and
Special Screenings on July
23rd.
As expected, Roberts
MAPS TO THE STARS was
selected for one of the
GALA slots.

As of the writing of this
newsletter Bobby Longs
campaign was at 110%.
That is simply amazing.
If you haven't yet pledged
you can still do so until
August 14th. What we have
learned is that everything
above the original goal of
100% will go towards
touring, album promotion
We also found out that
Andrews film 99 HOMES
was selected for one of the
Special Screenings.
Congratulations guys!
TIFF has many more titles
to announce so we will
keep a look out for more
films. In particular, Robs
QUEEN OF THE DESERT
and Toms FAR FROM
THE MADDING CROWD

The next day, July 24th, the
Venice Film Festival
announced its selections.
While Robert nor Tom had
films selected, Andrew did.
His movie 99 HOMES was
chosen as one of the films in
competition.
The other festivals that may
include movies by TBP include
Telluride Film Festival (they will
announce their lineup at the
end of Aug), the New York Film
Festival (line up available mid
Aug), London Film Festival
(line up available mid Sept)
and the American Film Institute
(lineup available mid Oct).
It had been speculated that
Roberts film LIFE could be at
one of the Fall Festivals this
year but director, Anton
Corbijn, indicated that it wasnt
ready and that they anticipated
a 2015 release.
Needless to say, there are a lot
of festivals that have yet to
announce their lineups. We will
be sure to post on our social
media sites if any of TBP films
are included, once we hear of
anything.

production. Bobby has also
announced that he will be
donating a percentage of
money pledged towards the
charity Autism Speaks.

Bobby has had another
eventful month. For starters
his pledge campaign for his
third album is now fully
funded. Please see the
story on the front page for
more information on that.
We were also lucky to get
several amazing videos by
Bobby. Some we cant link
because the only way to
have access to them is by
making a pledge towards
the campaign. Its a perk of
pledging!
One very cool thing he did
this month was perform for
the Yellow Couch Sessions.

It was a wonderful month
for us Marcus fans as we
got a lot of special treats
leading up to Marcus show
at the Somersault Festival.
First off, on July 4th he
announced on Facebook
that he was starting work
on his new EP. How
wonderful is that Marcus
fans??
Then on July 10th Marcus
posted a video where he
performed for a Breakdown
Session leading up to the
festival. It was amazing.

Each month TBP will be
doing either a raffle or a
giveaway.
The money earned in these
raffles goes directly back into
the Brit Pack account and is
used towards prizes for the
giveaways, tickets to shows
and to help raise money for
things such as private shows,
etc. so your participation is

We have not only missed
hearing him sing but also
hearing him speak about his

Then came the festival.
Marcus performed on July
18th and as promised sang
a lot of NEW music that
everyone loved.
Then on July 19th he and
other Communion artists
performed a surprise
session for the organization
Surfers Against Sewage
which is an environmental
charity protecting the UK
Oceans.
As if that wasnt enough he
also did another session
for the SAS group on July
20th. It seems that Marcus
had a great time. I bet he
misses performing as
much as we miss seeing
him perform.

This past month we decided
that we would get ready for
the summer by doing a Brit
Pack Summer Raffle.
The raffle included some
amazing items including:

Sam Bradley has continued
to work on his upcoming
album and based on some
of his recent posts on
Facebook he is nearly done.
My Album update||On the
home stretch now. It's
certainly been an emotional
adventure. Feel extremely
fortunate to be able to make
music.

Then on July 29th he posted
another status along with a
beautiful picture that got all
of us very excited!

Lee informed his fans on a
Facebook status, July 1st,
that he has been busy
working on the video for the
second single from his
forthcoming debut album,
which as you recall is due
out by the end of this year!
He also let us know that he
has taken time off this
summer to work on new
material for his second
album. He indicated that he
would most likely premiere
some of these new songs
at his upcoming shows.

My time here in this
beautiful city is almost
done. Off on an adventure
with my album in hand,
working towards the next
step of my career.
Finally, on July 31st he let
us know that he was
preparing two tracks to
take to London for Industry
people to listen to.
We are so very excited to
hear about the progress of
the album. We know that
Sam has worked extremely
hard to make this happen
and we at TBP are behind
him 100%

dead cause then we might
not hear the albumLOL)

In addition, he advised fans
that he was planning on
keeping a low profile until
the start of his next tour.
Although, he did joke about
performing at weddings, for
free cake, none the less.
Hey, that works too!
Finally, he indicated that he
may also upload some new
Moonlight Sessions. That
would be great for all of us.
Lee continues to do some
private shows, primarily in
Germany. He has also
recently announced that he
will be playing a full show
at Yamm in Wien, Austria
on Saturday August 9th. It
apparently is a free show
which is really nice. You

Johnny Flynn News

Although there is no new
filming news for Johnny
we have found that his
music is really picking up.
He is scheduled to attend
the Cambridge Folk
Festival on Aug 1st (by
the time you read this it
will have happened).
Johnny and his band also
recently performed at the
Curious Arts Festival on
July 18th in Hampshire.

Upcoming TBP Movie Releases

Word was out this past
month that Andrews third
Amazing Spiderman film
was pushed back to 2018
which may not be a bad
thing as it will free him up
to do some other movies
in between.
Speaking of which, there
has been movement on a
film that Andrew was
linked to in 2013 called
SILENCE. At this time
Paramount is in talks to
buy the distribution rights
for it.
Directed by the amazing





Martin Scorsese, SILENCE
stars Liam Neeson,
Andrew Garfield, Adam
Driver, and Ken Watanabe.
Its story is based on the
novel of the same name by
Shsaku End. Here is the
summary for SILENCE:
In the seventeenth century,
two Jesuit priests face
violence and persecution
when they travel to Japan
to locate their mentor and
to spread the gospel of
Christianity.
According to Production
Weekly, the film is set to


start filming in Taipei in
November 2014. It is
expected that this will be
released sometime in 2015.

July saw a lull in action for
Robert Pattinson. He had
few promotions this month
and no filming so was able
to come back to California
and hang out with friends.
We did however get the
ESQUIRE UK interview
and photo shoot that we
saw a preview of in May.

The photo shoot was just
amazing. The interview
was interesting to say the

While Toms FAR FROM
THE MADDING CROWD
was on Indiewires Fall
Festival wishlist it has yet to
be picked up by one of the
festivals.
It was not among the first
round of films selected by
TIFF but more films will be
announced over the next
few weeks. Indiewire felt the
films greatest chance was
at Venice but that did not
happen as well. Many of the
other festivals have not
made their announcements
yet so we will keep our
fingers crossed that it lands
at one of them.

film that Robert indicated
Harmony Korine was
working on for him has
emerged. It appears that it
is likely the film that Korine
mentioned in 2013.
while the logline and title
are under wraps, Korine's
eyeing a picture that will
center on a multi-
generational family of
criminals in the South. It
could be Korine's next
directorial effort

have no firm release dates for
any of his films. Although,
IMDb indicates a Sept 2014
U.K. release date for EFFIE
GRAY. IMDb also reports a
May 1, 2015 release date in
the U.S. & U.K. for FAR
FROM THE MADDING
CROWD. While the
UNITITLED TERRANCE
MALICK PROJECT (there
isnt an official name for this
film), is completed with a
possible 2015 release date.
