I have been involved in the management of a team, gaining management
experience, managing relationships in the working environment, dealing with
different personalities, bringing them together to work as a team and to achieve a
common purpose. This has led me to understand the importance of good leadership,
tolerance, patience and understanding the role I am supposed to fulfil in order to
achieve the duties that go along with that role. This has allowed me to draw the best
out of my team while at the same time maintaining a peaceful and successful
working environment.

I have realized the importance of proper strategic planning and ensuring that prior to
implementation all involved understand the task, and their duties in that task,
together with all goals, short, medium and long-term.

This is vital in strategic planning.

Career highlights
Became head of department within a year at Mancosa, held successful workshops
and trade shows.

Within 6 months of working at Damelin was promoted to the Short Courses Manager
for Damelin Randburg. Became acting Academic Manager before i left.

Successfully help launch an innovative recommendation website for various services
and build a successful brand.

Currently working on Sindow Outsourcing in building a brand strategy and growing
the brand.

Interest/Hobbies
Music (live shows, will always attend concerts if a band i like is performing), movies,
PlayStation, pool, sports, racing, reading, archery, dancing.

Objective
To achieve my goals of being the best in my work, to be the person who will always
be innovative and a lateral thinker so as to come up with new solutions to problems. I
