2011 Oct 06/07/2012. Interim Assistant Warehouse Manager/Logistics. DHM Aliaxis Ltd Lenham.

Warehouse and logistics for DHM (previous Marley Sanitary/Plumbing) for 2 warehouses, manufacture of extrudate and fittings. Aliaxis
has centralized 3 suppliers of Durapipe, Hunter, Marley in the UK and also the buyouts within Europe in France.

Key Responsibilities;
Safe working systems including housekeeping H&S energy/waste criteria Chair SHEQ for area Logistics.
Oversee the issue, loading and transportation of orders/loads/overnights to customers
Checking of KPIs/SLAs for customer service and monitoring accuracy levels of picking and stock.
Develop w/house procedures, utilizing full storage/stock of 200,000sqft+.

2008 - 2011 Spares Manager / Coordinator/Logistics. Price Brothers (UK) Ltd, Libya

Price Brothers (UK) Ltd provides engineering services to the water industry, the design and manufacture of pre-stressed concrete
cylinder pipe, the planning and design of pipeline systems and engineering and consultancy services on water projects worldwide. One
such project is the Great Man Made River Project in Libya. From 1,000 wells deep in the Sahara desert, fresh water is piped to the
coastal cities of Tripoli, Sirt and Benghazi through pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe.

Key Achievements:

Reducing the use of spares (dead stock) by $5m
Reducing warehoused stock by $11 million from 22 mill to $11 million.
Successfully overcoming objections to unused stock disposal
Establishing a strong rapport to ensure a good working relationship between the Libyan and Korean teams and using
diplomacy skills, especially where procurement was concerned
Successfully managing a multinational work force and demonstrating a strong understanding of cultural diversities

Reporting to the Price Brothers management team, Libyan directors and government officials
Reducing the amount of unused stock held in the warehouse

production of secure personal devices such as smart cards, SIMs, e-passports and tokens, to the deployment of managed services for
its customers.

Key Achievements:

Head hunted to provide solutions to improve stock accuracy to ensure that the accuracy of vault records was absolute
and secured a permanent position as a result of success
Increasing accuracy by developing and implementing key performance indicators for customers
Fully developing the customer relations department
Increasing warehouse capacity by 20% by disposing of dead stock where appropriate

Key Responsibilities:

Looking after items worth millions of pounds, for example holding a stock of eight million smart cards with an approximate
value to a bank of 3000 GB each
Ensuring the security of the vault and of all IT systems
Coordinating secure shipments and forwarding shipments where necessary
Receiving printed smart cards from the companys print shop and issuing card blanks for over printing
Monitoring and safeguarding customers confidential account details
Training warehouse and vault personnel
Shipping of cards in bulk to the banks
