Winshuttle Transaction greatly simplifes the automated uploading or downloading of SAP data
using Excel, Access, and Web services. Data loading from Transaction is the same as manually
entering the data very rapidly, and involves three easy steps: Record, Map, and Run.
Three options for easy deployment
Winshuttle Transaction is available in three options for easy deployment among business
users. The frst option is the full Transaction solution which allows the creation and editing of
the Record, Map and Run process and would be generally used by super users and business
analysts. The second option is a run-only version of Transaction, Winshuttle Runner,
which allows any authorized SAP user, regardless of their familiarity with the SAP transaction,
to securely move data between Excel and SAP using predefned transaction templates.
Once the transaction or business process has been recorded and mapped, Winshuttle Runner
takes over. Errors in the data are immediately fagged in the Excel fle and can be easily
corrected and reprocessed. Finally, the third option is to create Web services based on
transaction recordings and build forms with forms tools like Winshuttle Designer.
