-Danang City is situated at the centre of Vietnam, 759km from Hanoi and 960km from

Ho Chi Minh City. Conveniently, it lies on the north-south communications axis of land
route (National Road 1A), rail, sea and air routes. Danang borders Thua Thien - Hue
Province in the north, Quang Nam Province in the south and the west, and the Eastern
Sea in the east.
-Da Nang weather is warm and moderate all year round. Two distinct seasons in Da Nang
are rainy season and dry season. Sometimes, there are cold snaps in winter. The average
temperature is about 25.9 ˚C.
Weather:
-Da Nang is located in the tropical monsoon climate typical, high and low temperature
fluctuations. Da Nang is the climate where the transition between climate interwoven
North and South, with the dominant climate is tropical in the south. Each year there are
two distinct seasons: the rainy season lasts from August to December and a dry blind
from January to July, there are occasional winter cold spell, but not bold and not
prolonged.
+ Sea: Da Nang has a coastline of 92 km, with greater territorial waters to fishing
grounds over 15,000 km2. Danang has a rich variety of marine animals of over 266
species, including marine products of high economic value, including 16 species and total
reserves of over 1 million tonnes of seafood (as forecasted by the Ministry of Fisheries ).
Every year, Da Nang has the ability to exploit than 150,000 -200 000 tonnes of seafood.
Danang has many beautiful beaches and wonderful scenery as: Non Nuoc, My Khe,
Thanh Khe, Nam O, ... including My Khe beach - Non Nuoc Forbes (USA) voted as a in
6 beautiful beaches and charming the planet. Especially around Son Tra Peninsula is the
beautiful coast arc stretching dozens of kilometers with large coral reefs, facilitate the
development of marine tourism business.
Da Nang Port is one of the important seaports in the central region - the Central
Highlands and the gateway corridor east of the East - West.
+ River: Da Nang has two major rivers flowing into the Bay of Danang, which is the Han
River (catchment area 5.180km2) and Cu De River (catchment area of 472km2), the main
source of water supply for domestic and production of Danang. In addition, the city has
more than 546 hectares of water surface, lake dress capable aquaculture, and regulates the
ecological environment.
We must take actions to save the environment , the simplest way to reduce the amount of
waste we produce is to avoid creating it in the first place .We do not waste resources , we
should recycle them . The future of the world comes from our actions today .
+ Land: Land of sand, gravel, soil, taking large amounts. There are 3 main types of land
is barren soil distribution in an upland area, suitable for perennial crops and forest
exploitation, fruit trees; alluvial soil suitable food crops, vegetables, cash crops day;

eucalyptus, wind, sand.
 Advantages:

 Disavantages:
-Da Nang is the region with extreme climatic conditions in the country.
-Annually, more frequent natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, wind Laos and
drought, but the underlying cause is due to location, topography creates structure.
-This region is also influenced by the northeast monsoon, the cold, but not as much as in
the North. Climatic conditions of the region make it difficult to produce, especially
agriculture.
- Environment in some mountainous regions and coastal degradation due to deforestation,
pollution.
-Summer is usually dry and hot. Last year, heavy rain and storms caused flooding
