CAM ANALYSIS MACHINE

DESCRIPTION -:
The machine is a motorized unit consisting of a cam shaftdriven by a D.C. Motor.
The shaft runs in a double ball bearing. At thefree end of the cam shaft a cam can
be easily mounted. As the followeris properly guided in gun metal blushes and the
type of the
followerc a n b e c h a n g e d t o s u i t t h e c a m u n d e r t e s t . A g r a d u a t e d c i r c
u l a r protractor is fitted coaxial with the shaft and a dial gauge can be fittedt o not e t he
f ol l ower di spl acement f or t he angl e of cam rot at i on.

on the follower rod can be adusted as per the re!uirements. The arrangements of
speed regulation are provided.
USE:
The machine is particularly very useful for testing
the camper f or mance f or ump phenomenon dur i ng operat i on. Thi s machi necl
