Job Description

Change Management professionals provide knowledge and experience related to the skills,
structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage change and to foster an environment
conducive to sustaining that change.

Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis
of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility
Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves
negotiating or influencing on significant matters
Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical
assignments.
Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact
outside area of responsibility
Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or
within Accenture
Experience in Change Management/Change Management
o Planning for and managing change for medium-large scale transformations
o Collaborating with Change Networks to effectively deliver change initiatives
o Conducting stakeholder analysis and engaging with stakeholders across organizations
o Defining communication strategy and developing & delivering communications
o Assessing the impact of the change on stakeholders
o Assessing change readiness and stakeholder engagement
o Understanding learning requirements and defining targeted learning approaches
o Managing learning activities including learning delivery
o Understanding organizational and cultural changes and aligning talent with these changes
o Working with clients to facilitate sustainable change
