Abdul Rahim Jasmin holds a Diploma in Safety
Engineering Technology from the United States as
well as being a Certfed Program Leader from Kepner
Tregoe Incorporated, United States and a Registered
Safety Ofcer with DOSH, Malaysia. He is also an
approved Safety and Health Ofcer course trainer. He
has more than 16 years of hands-on experience in
Environmental, Safety and Health where he was the
Environmental, Safety and Health Manager in a large
multnatonal manufacturing company. He has
presented various safety and health papers in
seminars and conventon organised by DOSH, DOE
and FMM. He has also conducted numerous in-house
and public courses on safety and health-related
courses and has writen a number of Safety and
Health Manuals for SMIs.
Registraton is on a frst-come frst-served basis. Cheques made in favour of the
FMM Insttute should be forwarded one week before the commencement of
the programme. Completed registraton form, that is faxed, mailed or e-mailed to
FMM Insttute, would be deemed as confrmed.

All cancellatons must be made in writng. There will be no charge for cancellaton
received 10 or more working days before the start of the programme.
Cancellaton received 6 9 working days before the start of the programme is
subject to a cancellaton fee of 50% of the course fees. Cancellaton received 5
working days and below before the start of the programme is subject to a
cancellaton fee of 100% of the course fees. If the partcipant fails to atend the
programme, the full course fees are payable. However, replacement can be
accepted at no additonal cost.

10% group discount is applicable for registraton of three (3) or more partcipants
from the same organisaton and of the same billing source. The FMM Insttute
reserves the right to change the facilitator, reschedule or cancel the programme
and all eforts will be taken to inform partcipants of the changes.
