Spiritual Exercises

God has promised every believer the ability to exercise Kingdom authority in the earth. What this means
is the ability to rule and reign; to fulfill the will of God in the earth as we exercise the dominion promised
to Adam in Genesis 1:26-28. Jesus restored to us everything lost in the garden because of Adam’s sin.
When we accept Jesus, His blood washes away our sins and the covenant promises God has made to man
are restored in our lives. We are no longer victims of circumstance. We can order every day in accordance
with God’s perfect will and His perfect plan for our lives individually, as families, and corporately, as the
Body of Christ.

The 18 spiritual exercises listed below will change the course of your day and your future! A sample prayer
guide is listed on the back of this sheet to help you get started on the road to consistent victory in your life!

Prayer Exercises
• Lord I thank you for…
• Our Father which art in heaven …
• Father, I establish my authority in the earth based on the authority given to me in the name of Jesus:
• I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
• I am no longer a servant, but a son and an heir of God’s promise. In Him I live and move and have
my being. Therefore, because all power in heaven and earth has been given to Him, it is given to me.
Christ in me the hope of glory. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
• I am seated in heavenly places in Him…
• I present my body as a living sacrifice…
• Father, I cast off worry, doubt, and unbelief, anxiety, frustration, and any negative emotions or attitudes
at work in my life… I cast all my cares on you because you care for me. I declare I have the mind of
Christ working in me.
• I declare the Word is life and health to all my flesh (Proverbs 4:22).
• My youth is renewed as the eagles (Psalms 103:5). I will not die but live and declare the works
of the Lord (Psalms 118:17).
• I activate the ministry of the Holy Spirit to lead, guide, and direct me into all truth; to show me the way
I should go; to teach, to comfort and to help me every place I need divine intervention in my life and in
the lives of my family.
• Father, I command purpose to be activated in my life. Help me to walk through the right doors,
encounter the right people, and be in the right places to speak the right words, so that the purpose
you designed for my life for today will be fulfilled.
• I release the blood of Jesus to cleanse, and protect me and my family. I release the angels of the Lord
to encamp around me and my family to keep us safe wherever we go.
• I declare that I have the ability to succeed. Everything my hands touch prospers.
• I release the promises concerning my tithe and offerings…
• I release money and favor. I release myself as an influencer (salt and light). I release wisdom,
understanding, my gifts, my talents and abilities, and I declare that goodness and mercy will follow me.
• I release grace, and great grace every where I need it.
• All things that pertain to life and godliness have already been given to me. Therefore, there is no lack
in my life nor in the lives of my family.
• I activate the Word of the Lord that has been spoken over my life.
• I decree that it must be fulfilled in the season for which it has been sent.

• Thank you Father for your sovereignty in the Earth and that you are ever with me. Thank you for being
trustworthy and able to keep me from falling, from failing and from evil…
