BlackBart

Slot Accounting Program


BlackBart is an advanced, online accounting system that tracks machine activity with
proven flexibility and reliability. BlackBart is the foundation for slot operations,
providing static and revenue information for individual machines, groups of machines,
and the entire casino floor. Real- time metered revenue information is available on
demand, including estimated Net Win and Coin- In information.

The Oasis 360 System tracks all casino floor transactions and drop information,
including jackpots and fills, PersonalBanker transactions, and voucher, bill and coin
drops. All of this data is uploaded into BlackBart. With BlackBart, an entire accounting
team is at your fingertips.






















Bonus Points

Casino Promotion Events Manager
Bonus Points is used to create and schedule special casino bonus points promotion
events. The Bonus Points events can be used to attract players to the casino or to reward
higher denomination players.

There are two main types of bonus events:

Events based upon frequency
Multiplier events

Frequency events award a specified number of bonus points each time something
significant happens. For example, 1000 bonus points might be awarded once per year
to players who visit within 30 days of their birthday, or anniversary date.
Multiplier events award points during a specified period. For example, double points
might be offered on St. Patricks Day, or triple points might be offered during the 6:00-
9:00 PM E.S.T. Monday evening hours during Monday Night Football.


Count Interface

Count Room Data Capture Tool
Count Interface allows a casino to quickly and accurately capture currency, coin, and
voucher counts during scheduled drops. With easy- to- use interfaces to devices such as
coin scales, currency sorters, and barcode readers capable of bulk barcode scanning,
Count Interface helps a casino capture count room data from a file or directly from a
counting device.

Some of the key features of this module are:
Capture Vouchers window - loads and displays captured voucher data based on
drop dates and processed dates
Capture Currency window - loads and displays captured currency data based on
drop dates and sorter types
Capture Coin window - loads and displays captured coin data sorted drop dates
Capture Wand window - loads and displays captured barcode reader data sorted
by drop dates
Creates files to import into BlackBart for further accounting processing
Saves and archives files for future reference


Diagnostic Monitor

Real- Time Hardware Manager
Diagnostic Monitor provides the tools necessary to manage Oasis 360 hardware and
EGMs monitored by the Oasis 360 System. It provides both real- time and historical
database information needed to perform quality troubleshooting. The Current Notebook
provides different views of current gaming activity. The Maintenance Notebook provides
different views of machine maintenance activity.

Display pending jackpot and fill transactions
View communication status on all Data Port Units (DPUs) and Sentinels

FloorLogix

Networked Gaming Environment
FloorLogix provides a comprehensive solution for managing a networked gaming
environment. FloorLogix, built on the Oasis 360 architecture, benefits an entire
enterprise from floor operations to customer interactions, with the Sentinel III graphical
touch screen display and back- of- house accounting and analysis. This comprehensive
solution includes firmware, hardware, and software to provide a seamless
communication flow of activity and information.

In addition to hardware and firmware advancements, FloorLogix provides software
applications to assist in the operation of an advanced casino network. The FloorLogix
Manager monitoring and scheduling application displays EGM activity, meter information
and current status. Flash updates can be scheduled for automatic updates when using
Sentinel III technology and the secure, TCP/ IP protocols. Detailed activity windows and
reports provide critical information to improve EGM floor management.



HeadCount

Current Activity on the Casino Floor
HeadCount is a real- time view- only application that gathers existing data for the
creation of analysis reports and colorful, easy- to- read line graphs used by casino
personnel.
The reports and graphs use data collected from snapshots of current activity on the
casino floor. Graphs display various statistics, such as Machines in Play, Percentage of
Machines in Play, and Transaction Snapshots. Casino operator can set the number of
displayed graphs, colors, time intervals, and periods that can be displayed by the user
through the workstation setup within the application. HeadCount reports can be sorted
by date, time, and denomination.
Report information includes revenue, machine, and PersonalBanker (PBT) details, and a
complete audit trail history. Data collected from snapshots of the gaming floor include
the number of occupied gaming positions within a selected period of time. Casino
operator can review information in selected date ranges, time increments,
denominations, and locations.
Jackpot/ Fill

Jackpot and Fill Monitoring and Processing Tool
Jackpot/ Fill provides a flexible and automated method for monitoring and processing
jackpots, fills, and preventative maintenance fills. It also creates W- 2G, 1099, and
1042- S tax forms. When a jackpot is hit or the hopper is empty, Jackpot/ Fill sends a
signal to the Oasis 360 System, consisting of the jackpot amount and/ or the location
of the machine.

Enhanced PM Fills functionality to use the True Coin In, True Coin Out, and True
Coin Drop Meters to calculate the theoretical hopper level
Keyback jackpot transactions can be easily processed

Marketing Manager

Coupon Management and Event Monitoring
Marketing Manager provides an interface where users can create and process
promotional coupons, cashable coupons, and coupons for prizes, comps or cash that
players can redeem at the players club or on the casino floor. The application serves two
primary functions:
Coupon Management - Allows users to set up coupons that are awarded to
players or imported from a pre- existing list. Coupons can be cashable or
promotional. Cashable coupons can be redeemed for money at a cage, club
booth, or EGM whereas promotional coupons can be redeemed for promotional
credits at an EGM.
Event Monitoring - Allows users to set up event invitations that are sent to
players who meet specific qualifications or who are imported from a pre- existing
list. Users can also create
Events that are not associated with existing players.

Meter Comparison

Meter Activity Verification Program
The Meter Comparison program compares the difference between the individual
electronic Oasis 360 meters that the system records and the manual hand- recorded
meters taken from the EGM. This process verifies that the Oasis 360 System and the
game(s) are correctly recording metered activity. Metered activity is used for financial
analysis and reporting throughout the Oasis 360 System, particularly in the BlackBart
accounting application. The meter comparison process is generally completed
immediately after installing the Oasis 360 System and periodically thereafter in
accordance with gaming regulations.



Oasis Administrator

Global and Individual Parameters, User Rights and Reports
The Oasis Administrator Program is a crucial part of the Oasis 360 Casino
Management System. It controls nearly every parameter for the individual programs that
make up the Oasis 360 System. Specific parameter setting choices vary by site and
affect how the programs operate, whether optional features are active, and which items
are on predefined lists. Oasis Administrator also controls user access to individual tasks
for each program. Oasis Administrators multi- level job positions allow you to control
access rights to the entire system by roles/ positions, and for individual users. These
additional levels of security can be modified quickly and easily.

OmniVIEW

Gaming Activity Viewer
OmniVIEW provides a real- time graphical display of a casino floor based on floor maps
created through AutoCAD. With the on- screen map, all user does is select a specific
EGM or group to access detailed information. OmniVIEW tells user everything he needs
to know about the casino floor, all with the click of a mouse.
OmniVIEW provides real- time analysis, and uses contrasting colors to distinguish among
different criteria. The display includes text, walls, and symbols for EGMs. OmniVIEW
automatically changes the machine symbols to identify the status of each EGM,
providing an at- a- glance marketing and troubleshooting tool for casino personnel.
OmniVIEW is an easy, accurate way to view the floor configuration.




PersonalBanker

Electronically Transfer Cash, Points, or Promotional Credits
PersonalBankerallows players to use their player club card and assigned PIN (Personal
Identification Number) to electronically transfer cash, points, or promotional credits to
and from their accounts and EGMs. All funds are stored at the system database level, not
on the player club card. PersonalBanker is an optional, purchased component of the
Oasis 360 System that provides additional functionality and options to Super- PlayMate
and BlackBart.
Players must have a club account, player card, and PIN to conduct PersonalBanker
transactions at an EGM. Gaming jurisdiction regulations determine where this option is
available.
Players can use PersonalBanker to:
Transfer (upload) cashable EGM credits to their players club account.
Transfer (download) PBT cash from their account to the EGM credit meter.
Redeem earned slot club points and transfer (download) converted cash or
promo dollar equivalents to the EGM credit meter.
Transfer (download) PBT promo dollars to the EGM credit meter.
View their points, cash, and promo balances on demand by using the card reader
attached to the EGM.


PitBOSS

Cage and Table Game Management Program
PitBOSS provides the ability to easily track cage and table game activity. Transactions
can be associated with various items, including player records and markers. PitBOSS also
provides quick access to the Player Notebook, which contains detailed player
information.
Some of the key features are:
Enrol new players and view existing player information
Cash personal and payroll checks
Allow Exchange currency
Enter and process player credit applications
Issue and make payments against markers
Deposit or withdraw safekeeping or front money
Transfer chips and documents between the table and the cage
Process table openers and closers

Quickets

Voucher Processing System
The Quickets voucher system provides a tool to issue, redeem, track, monitor and
expire vouchers. Vouchers are cashable, machine- generated slips of paper that print
when a player presses the Cash Out button on an EGM. Players can easily redeem
vouchers by inserting them into an EGM bill validator (just like paper currency), by
taking them to a workstation location (for example, a cashier) or floor person, or by
using a kiosk that accepts vouchers in exchange for cash and coin.

Quickets Handheld Ticketing

On- the- Spot Voucher Redemption
Quickets Handheld Ticketing works with handheld PC devices, connecting to the Oasis
360 System through a wireless network. This product is a supplement to the Quickets
application. Quickets Handheld allows more flexibility on your casino floor by allowing
change attendants and slot attendants to redeem vouchers on the spot. With Quickets
Handheld, a player can approach any Quickets Handheld- equipped floor person, who
can scan the voucher with the handheld device (Intermecor Symbol), and present the
player the cash value for a voucher.
Quickets Handheld employs safety features to protect your valuable information via an
encrypted wireless 802.11b network. Quickets Handheld- enhanced devices can speak to
a single, wireless Access Point or several Access Points, depending on a property size.

























Quick Funds

Voucher and Promo Coupon Generation
The Quick Funds application allows authorized casino personnel to generate Purchase
Voucher, Voucher Promo, and Coupon Promo. Guests will be required to pay cash to get
Purchase vouchers. Casino personnel will be able to print Coupon Promos and Voucher
Promos. Depending on the type of voucher or coupon, they can be redeemed at the
EGM, a kiosk, or a Cashier Window. The Quick Funds application will generate voucher
receipts and reports to be used for accounting and auditing Purposes. Purchase
Voucher, Voucher Promo, and Coupon Promo generated using Quick Funds can also be
viewed in Quickets and Marketing Manager Applications.

Purchase Vouchers can be purchased by the players with cash
The user can generate up to a maximum of 200 vouchers or coupons in a single
transaction
Voucher and coupon amounts for each transaction can be controlled via user
position limits setup in Oasis Administrator
Users with override authority can override dollar amounts exceeded by the user
position
The vouchers or coupons from the current transaction can be voided
Quick Funds generates reconciliation reports by selected cashier, workstation,
and type
















SpeedMedia

Player Attractions and Promotions
SpeedMedia provides the tools for preparing and customizing content files containing
multimedia promotions and content displayed on the Sentinel III. SpeedMedia
promotions generate enthusiasm and provide innovative ways for casinos to reward
loyalty and develop recurring and repeatable revenue. This excitement is generated
through a variety of new and exciting games for patrons, in addition to standard slot
play.
Splashdown Countdown and Ricochet Rewards are two promotion applications use
play driven triggers to award players with items such as promotional credits, cashable
credits and points.

Super- PlayMate

Player Tracking System
Super- PlayMate is the player tracking component of the Oasis 360 System and
provides casino marketing personnel with various information tools for managing and
analyzing important player and group information.

Super- PlayMate enables casinos to track, promote, and reward player gaming activity.
Players earn points and comp dollars based on actual slot and pit game play. Casino-
defined formulas determine how much game play is required for a player to accumulate
points and/ or comp dollars. Super- PlayMate tracks points and comp dollars as they are
earned and redeemed. Players may also be awarded bonus points for promotions using
the Bonus Points Promotions program.


Surveillance Monitor

Real- Time Transactions Alert Program
Surveillance Monitor is designed to enable maintenance, security, and surveillance
personnel to quickly view transactions as they occur on the floor.
With an easy- to- customize view, Surveillance Monitor can scroll transactions on the
screen in date/ time order, and display details such as the transaction type, card
number, Oasis ID, machine number, door status, and meters.
Surveillance Monitor quickly notifies casinos surveillance department about transactions
that may require additional scrutiny, giving them more tools to be more effective.

Real- time monitoring of various transactions from each slot machine as they
occur on the casino floor
Security alerts that are triggered by certain events, such as a jackpot or an illegal

x2S Host Interface

S2S - Compatible Gateway
The x2S Host Interface enables linked External System users (e.g., Hotel Management
and Point- of- Sale External System users) to access the Aristocrat Oasis 360 Casino
Management System (v11.6) via the Gaming Standards AssociationSystem- to- System
(S2S) Message Protocol. Users of linked External Systems (EDGE Servers, connected PC
workstations and terminals located throughout a property, such as a hotel front desk,
golf course, spa, restaurant or lounge) can use the x2S gateway to manage patron
accounts, redeem, settle or void player redemptions, manage PersonalBanker
transactions, and retrieve system configuration information.



Watchdog

Monitors FloorLogix Services
Watchdog is a utility that monitors the status of FloorLogix Services. It provides
current status of all FloorLogix Services. Each service sends a check in signal to the
Watchdog service every 20 seconds. These check in signals send information about the
status of each service and allow you to identify possible issues.
