Identified Environmental Aspects and Impacts


The following table is a summary of the likely environmental aspects and impacts that may be
identified during site inspections of DEPARTMENT ACRONYM’S premises. The significance
of each impact will be assessed using the Risk Assessment Model in Attachment C. Some of
the impacts have already been assigned unique numbers to enable identification on the Risk
Assessment Model (Refer to Attachment D).

High Significance Impacts are indicated in bold print in the following table.
